- Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments and individualized plans to improve behaviors and quality of life.
- Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, etc.
- Create individualized programming for clients.
- Work closely with Behavior Therapists as they deliver individualized programming to clients.
- Responsible for managing contract fulfillment of client contracts across service codes.
- Provide clear and concise instructions across all facets of the client's clinical needs including progress reports and monthly updates per insurance expectations.
- Responsible for data management and client communications.
- Supervise and trains the Program Managers and Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, and Therapists).
- Provides supervision hours for Registered Behavior Therapists and BCBA candidates.
- Provides ongoing supervision meetings to support and guide assigned staff.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- As an exempt supervisor, your responsibility is to meet billable hours as stated in your contracted offer letter and to complete a standard 40-hour work week following California Labor Law.
- The BCBA is required to travel between client homes, and between offices, and to travel for meetings and training as required.
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass an FBI/ DOJ clearance and background check.
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Position Overview/Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in the recruitment process, supporting the team from job requisition creation to candidate offer management. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and communicating effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, help refine recruiting strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. This position also includes maintaining the ATS system, handling reference checks in partnership with HR, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
Core Expectations : Required to come into the office 5 days a week for the first 60 days after that period, twice a week with a hybrid work schedule, presenting an active presence. Days can change depending on the company's needs.
Essential Job Functions
- Job Requisition & Posting Management: Assist in managing job requisitions, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure job postings are clear and aligned with position requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Creation: Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, staffing agencies, and networking, and build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening & Interview Coordination: I reviewed resumes, conducted initial candidate screenings, and coordinated interviews with hiring managers. I also assisted with reference checks and managed personnel forms and documentation.

ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system. Talent Acquisition Specialist will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level.
