**Overview**
The Installer position is a critical member of a solar installation construction team and is responsible for working in partnership with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects. As Sunrun continues to help build a more sustainable future, this position is best suited for someone passionate about solar installation, field safety and working with others.
**Responsibilities/The Impact**
+ Ensure personal, crew and job site safety at all times and participates in training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
+ Review inventory at loading dock to ensure assigned crew truck is stocked adequately
+ Complete layout and assemble solar modules, the racking, mechanical and structural mounts, electrical equipment and tools in preparation of installation as specified in the project plan
+ Apply weather sealing to roofing structure, building or support mechanisms
+ Perform project clean up including client site and installation vehicle to ensure a clean and orderly job site and work environment
**Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful**
+ Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required
+ Adheres to company safety policies and procedures including ability to identify and report safety hazards, and the ability to encourage others to work safely
+ Ability to get along with customers and coworkers in a courteous and professional manner
+ Shown ability to meet due dates, metrics and impact results both individually and as a phenomenal teammate in a fast paced, team based environment.
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)
+ Ability to work on rooftops with various angles and surfaces which requires frequent bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, kneeling, crawling, turning, standing, and balance

As a CSC **Appliance Install Driver** your days will be active, **delivering and installing laundry washers and dryers** to a variety of places in your assigned service area. **Overview**
The Installer position is a critical member of a solar installation construction team and is responsible for working in partnership with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects. + Ensure personal, crew and job site safety at all times and participates in training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety

+ Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required

**HP Fairfield** (a member of Alamo Group Inc.) is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Installer to join its team in Hopkinton, NH.
This is a full time opportunity on 1st shift, 10 Hour days, Monday through Thursday.
The **Truck Up-fit / Installer** will mount tilt fronts, dump bodies, hydraulic hoses and/or tanks according to specifications and blueprints, using appropriate drills, welder, torches, band saw and other tools as necessary with fairly close supervision.
Additional duties:
+ Lay out, position, align and fit components together
+ Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure in position
+ Set up equipment and weld parts for mounting tilt fronts, dump bodies, etc.
+ Will perform, at least, 1 out of the 3 primary functions:
+ Welding: Lay out, fit, cut and weld fabricated parts, using appropriate tools and welding equipment to assemble or install dump bodies, handle stands, valve stands, and any other parts and equipment according to blueprint
+ Electrical: Install electrical equipment on plow trucks and dump trucks including running wires, mounting brackets, switches, and control boxes, while following electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, air tools, etc. Test all installed equipment and wiring to determine proper functioning and installation of electrical equipment
+ Hydraulics: Select equipment, plan layout, and assemble or install hydraulics on equipment according to blueprints
+ Assist with installation of equipment in truck cabs as necessary
+ Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required by the Installation Team Leader
**The Ideal Candidate will have/be:**
+ Basic welding and fabricating skills
+ Experience with torches, electric drills, reamers and band saw
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, assembly diagrams or schematics
+ Ability to write simple sentences containing subject, verb, and object, and series of numbers
+ Ability to perform the four arithmetic operations with like, common and decimal fractions
+ Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations
+ Ability to perform fairly repetitive duties and tasks according to set procedures, interacting with people only when it is routine
+ Commitment to teamwork
**Education and Experience:**
+ High School Diploma, preferred.
+ A minimum of 6 months of related experience.
**Working Conditions:**
Work performed in a metal manufacturing production environment, with frequent standing, twisting, bending, stooping, and climbing in and around metal fabricated parts. Frequent lifting, pushing or pulling of 35 pounds alone, and >35 pounds with assistance. Requires sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to identify required parts and operate production assembly equipment (i.e. hand tools, power tools, forklift truck, etc.)
