**Talent Acquisition Operations Manager - Carmel, IN (Hybrid)**
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Allegion plays a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing the talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and vendor partnerships. This position focuses on ensuring seamless and efficient operations within the talent acquisition function, enabling the team to attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent across the organization.

**What You Will Do:**
+ Lead the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition function, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with strategic business objectives.
+ Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements to streamline recruitment activities and elevate the candidate experience.
+ Work closely with the Allegion legal team to stay informed on compliance and legal updates, including wage laws, job posting disclosures, and offer letter revisions.
+ Collaborate with the HRIS team to uphold compliance with union requirements and country-specific nuances, particularly within automated Workday triggers.
+ Ensure EEO, AAP, and other reporting requirements are met in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
+ Serve as the primary contact for all vendor relationships, including staffing agencies and TA vendors. Manage vendor performance and efficiency, coordinating with Allegion's procurement team to maintain updated TA contracts and ensure alignment with the TA AOP.
+ Oversee adjudication processes in collaboration with legal and the adjudication matrix.
+ Ensure compliance during pre-employment activities by coordinating with TA, HR, and candidates.
+ Lead the TA Operations team to maintain efficiency in pre-employment processes such as background checks and drug screenings.
+ Work with the HRIS team on necessary Workday changes and upgrades.
+ Partner with Early Careers & Outreach to support event management aspects that interface with Workday, including QR codes and landing pages.
+ Collaborate with the Director of TA to enhance communication channels, showcasing EVP and Allegion's branding and attraction strategies.
+ Proactively monitor and analyze TA data and metrics in partnership with the Director of TA and the HRIS team. Develop real-time dashboards for senior leadership and TA-specific reporting to support decision-making.
+ Act as the primary TA Operations contact for Global TA partners on Workday and other TA technology-related inquiries.
+ Demonstrate strong leadership by managing and guiding TA Operations Coordinators. Foster engagement and embody Allegion's Leadership Behaviors to sustain and enhance team performance and culture.
**What You Need To Succeed:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition, with a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle recruitment process in a corporate, publicly traded organization.
+ Expertise in designing and driving recruitment process enhancements, with strong project management skills.
+ Proven experience managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
+ Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of TA technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM) and HCM systems, along with reporting, data, and analytics. Workday experience highly preferred.
+ Experience establishing and refining comprehensive TA metrics to track sourcing and recruiting effectiveness, informing and influencing business decisions.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities and storytelling to influence and drive change.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
