Job Description
Reporting into the Global Head of Executive Search, the Executive Search Lead, NA, is a full lifecycle recruiting position focused on exec hiring across job functions.
In this role you will be working with Haleon Executive Team members and their direct reports, HR Leaders including CHRO, Global Head of Talent and HR Business Leaders to develop innovative sourcing plans to attract key talent. You will be hands-on in sourcing candidates and external partners, managing hiring processes and attracting key talent.

You will:
- Be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes for SVP, VP & Director level candidates, as part of an enterprise-wide team
- Advise on vacancy role and responsibilities, working with the Executive Team member/their team with input from HR Business Lead
- Develop hiring strategy and approach for bringing in senior leaders into Haleon
- Partner with the Rewards team and to craft compelling packages for our senior candidates
- Manage relationships with executive search firms
- Use your deep understanding of the external CPG environment, and Haleon's business model, to consider impacts on how we approach hiring for roles.
- Leads the search activity for senior level vacancies including recruitment strategy, sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment.
- Be a key member of the evolution of Haleon's Executive Search team including process refinement and increase operational robustness.
- Accountable for the development and delivery of a plan to source external talent and broker internal talent based on the outputs of talent reviews and succession plans.
- Develop strong external pipelines of talent for key roles, skills and capabilities as driven by the business strategy, engaging line leaders as talent spotters and developing deep marketplace knowledge.
- Consult to senior level management based on expertise and credibility in uncovering true talent and capability needs for the business while efficiently assessing talent capability and fit.
- Provides talent intelligence to support planning and decision making in the business.
- Conduct market mapping and manage candidate outreach and engagement.
- Selecting the most appropriate recruitment & selection methods balancing relevant factors such as quality, cost and speed of hire, while ensuring full compliance with company policies
- Build strong knowledge of third-party recruitment partners and their capabilities, to ensure that the most effective search strategy is applied to any given project i.e. whether to use a search partner or own sourcing capability.
- Experience as a Senior Consultant in a top tier global executive search firm across a range of job functions is essential
- Additional experience as an in house Executive Search partner supporting senior-level vacancies is highly desired
- Experience recruiting in Consumer and healthcare organizations, working with Executive Team members is preferred
- Expertise in deal negotiation with executive level candidates is required
- Ability to make independent decisions around day-to-day occurrences while considering the wider impact of decisions and plans on other areas
- Experience managing a challenging and complex workload in an efficient and effective manner
- Working across a dynamic, complex matrix of internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Must work effectively across cultural, language, legislative and geographical boundaries, coaching senior leaders and team members, providing advice and leadership on talent related issues and topics.

Responsibilities+ Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
+ Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking groups, and other channels.

+ Screen and qualify prospective candidates against role requirements before handing off to Recruiters.

Qualifications+ 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related HR/Talent role.
+ Experience sourcing for sales roles is strongly preferred.
+ Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and professional platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
+ Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
+ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines at once, especially across multiple geographies.
+ A proactive mindset, eager to try new sourcing methods and continuously refine processes.

The typical pay range for this role is $71,000 - $88,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
