Talent Acquisition Sourcer will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level. Talent Acquisition Sourcer sources and screens candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinates and tracks interviews with hiring managers. Talent Acquisition Sourcer will work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization’s needs.

Required qualifications:
1. High school diploma/GED, required.
2. Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
3. Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
4. Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
6. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field
2. Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening, and interviewing, healthcare experience.

As our Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Source candidates from LinkedIn, applicant tracking system, and various job boards
- Review resumes of applicants to Hireology job postings
- Develop and execute search strategies around specific jobs or in-demand skill sets
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to assess qualifications and pitch Hireology
- Schedule candidates for interviews with the Hireology team
- Crafting and sending compelling recruiting emails and messages via LinkedIn Recruiter that showcase our Employee Value Proposition
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand current and future business needs and role-specific requirements
- Generate innovative ideas, leverage resources, and share information to develop effective sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools
- Network with external sources to continually enhance relationships, as well as, maintain the company's presence in the market
- Manage pipelines of past applicants for future placements
- Conduct introductory calls to assess candidates for needed skill set and competencies and potential fit for current and/or future positions
