- Develop effective talent pipelines for employment as succession planning and immediate vacancies dictate.
- Leverage online recruiting platforms and applicant tracking system to identify and recruit candidates.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements in order to provide quality care for our children and families.
- Conduct pre-screening telephone interviews with potential candidates.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to passive candidates about the Agency and potential opportunities.
- Review and edit detailed job ads, ensuring an accurate understanding of job duties, qualifications and agency requirements.
- Support the management of the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interviewing managers and candidates.
- Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
- Develop relationships with all hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of candidate profiles to assist with hiring needs.
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate, useful, legal (including EEO data), and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure both an accurate credentials/skills database and a safe and thorough audit if required.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in State-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
- Skills : Knowledge and extensive past use of server-based applicant tracking system.
- Knowledge and extensive familiarity with different forms of online recruiting resources, including social media and LinkedIn
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communications skills.
- Ability to present new recruiting concepts to leadership and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to command the respect of senior level leaders and hiring managers.

- Partner with Global Maintenance leaders on talent acquisition plans based on staffing levels, aircraft delivery schedules, etc.
- Execute recruitment and sourcing activities, including but not limited to: direct sourcing, job fairs, schools, trade and industry networking, advertisements, internet posting, social media, active resume database searches, employment agencies, employee referrals and outreach to appropriate organizations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or similar discipline; 3-5 years experience in recruitment preferably with aviation background; a combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with executing on recruitment strategies
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry specific aircraft including aircraft recognition, performance, and specifications.
- Proven track record for sourcing and placing candidates in a technical field.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal, (verbal/written, and presentation), organizational, and evaluation skills with the ability to work and build rapport with all levels are necessary to perform job at the expected level.
