About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Employment Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external customers regarding employment-related inquiries and supports a wide range of personnel activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling hiring needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and employees visiting or calling the HR Division.
+ Provide accurate information and direct individuals to appropriate personnel.
+ Administer employment testing and assessments as directed by recruiters.
+ Coordinate interview scheduling, including travel arrangements for candidates.
+ Maintain and update HR systems such as New Hire and Vurv.
+ Conduct internal and external candidate checks (e.g., BIG and P09).
+ Prepare and send new hire packages including offer letters and onboarding forms.
+ Generate orientation security lists and conduct onboarding calls.
+ Review and organize incoming employee documentation and create personnel files.
+ Build and manage candidate profiles, including merge activities when needed.
+ Post job requisitions and assist with process improvement initiatives.
+ Provide backup support to the Team Lead and assist HR Administrators with procedural questions.
+ Monitor and report on team performance metrics (daily, monthly, yearly).
+ Organize and manage workload for a small team (pod) and train new employees.
+ Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment aligned with the company's brand.
+ Ensure compliance with internal control standards and audit requirements.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Proven experience in administrative or HR support roles, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ High attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.11/hr.
