QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's or certifications in recruiting preferred); equivalent experience will be considered.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruiting team by scheduling candidate interviews, both onsite and virtual, and managing a dynamic calendar. The ideal candidate will excel at prioritizing tasks and maintaining flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.
Responsibilities
+ Schedule candidate interviews, both virtual and onsite.
+ Manage and prioritize tasks within a dynamic calendar.
+ Maintain flexibility to quickly pivot and reorganize as business needs require.
+ Support the full-cycle recruiting team in delivering high-touch candidate experiences.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with talent acquisition.
+ Strong administrative support capabilities.
+ Proficiency in scheduling meetings and interviews.
+ Experience with Greenhouse or Lever, or similar ATS systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Organizational skills.
+ Familiarity with onboarding processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
