**The Role:**
The VP, Global Executive Search is a highly strategic and pivotal role in UKG's growth as a company, leading our executive search practices and workforce expansion around the world. As an embedded talent partner, you will leverage your extensive experience to enhance our strategic effectiveness, lead through transformation, and truly enable UKG's talent density.
This position reports to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition and will be a critical leadership team member in developing a world-class executive, employee, and team experience. **Leadership and Strategy:**
+ Develop and implement the overall executive recruitment strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
+ Lead, mentor, and manage executive recruiters and a talent advisory/research team
+ Establish best practices for executive search processes becoming market, talent, and industry experts.
+ Deep analytical, market intelligence, and established "contacts" networks.

**Executive Search:**
+ Oversee the entire lifecycle of executive search assignments, from client briefing to candidate placement.

**Stakeholder Management:**

The pay range for this position is $233,300 to $335,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
