This hybrid role requires a strategic and proactive individual to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of challenging technical positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top-tier engineering, IT, and data science talent. - Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and efficient process.
- Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on progress and insights.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics).
- Expert proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the technology talent landscape and competitive compensation benchmarks.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
