**Position Summary**
The Experiential Marketing Lead reports to the Manager of Consumer Sales Training and plays a pivotal role within the Product & Technical Training team. This position is responsible for designing and executing high-impact experiential marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, product education, and customer engagement across multiple sales channels. Events include Bridgestone Drive & Learn, Product Launches, Winter Driving School, and Teens Drive Smart, with a focus on strategic messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable impact. **Responsibilities**
· Lead strategic planning and execution of experiential marketing and training events that engage sales teams, media, and partners.
· Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to build impactful product centered driving experiences.
· Support internal teams and key accounts (e.g., Costco, TireRack) with customized driving experiences.
· Manage logistics agencies and oversee vehicle and equipment storage.

· Own digital content creation, branding, messaging, and communications for event programs.
· Manage program websites in Adobe Experience Manager including content authoring, asset development, and copywriting.
· Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to ensure brand and security compliance for existing and future digital assets.
· Utilize data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
· Build and adapt reports to effectively communicate with data lead insights to stakeholders and leaders.
· Build presentations to effectively communicate the success and needs of the programs to stakeholders and leadership, up to the executive level.
· Oversee budget planning, cost models, forecasting, billing, and reporting for multimillion-dollar programs.
· Synthesize education and training fundamentals to successfully educate dealer customers and consumer audiences at driving events.
· Conceptualize and plan the user experience for experiential driving events and map out accurate run of show documentation.
· Partner with Engineering and Product Planning teams to understand new technologies and creatively apply the findings to new event experiences.
· Demonstrate technical knowledge of products and facilitate in-person events.
· Manage partnerships and sponsorships, including the Bridgestone Winter Driving School and Teens Drive Smart.
· Manage inventory and apparel for various programs and customer incentive needs.
**Minimum Qualifications**
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, or Sales.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.).
· Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Experience with Tableau, Cvent, and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
· Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.

Our client is looking for an innovative and visionary Creative Director to lead their experiential marketing initiatives from Raleigh, North Carolina, US . This role is perfect for a seasoned creative professional with a passion for crafting unforgettable brand experiences. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing cutting-edge campaigns that captivate audiences and drive brand engagement across various platforms, including live events, pop-up installations, and digital activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative vision and strategy for experiential marketing campaigns from ideation through execution.
  • Conceptualize and develop unique, immersive, and engaging brand experiences that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and production specialists.
  • Oversee the development of creative briefs, mood boards, storyboards, and presentations.
  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand, innovative, and meets the highest quality standards.
  • Work with production teams to ensure seamless execution of experiential activations, managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, specifically within experiential marketing, events, or brand activation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and successful experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking, storytelling, and design sensibility.
  • Experience managing creative teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of production processes for physical and digital experiences.
