Key Responsibilities:
Lead and advise on CMDB strategy, architecture, and governance for a large-scale implementation.
Assess current CMDB structure and data integrity; identify gaps and recommend remediation plans.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service management teams to align CMDB with business and IT needs.
Design and implement data cleanup processes, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.
Develop and enforce CMDB policies, standards, and best practices.
Support integration with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and discovery tools.
Provide guidance on CI classification, relationships, and lifecycle management.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB health and progress.
Mentor internal teams and provide training/documentation as needed.
Experience Requirements:
10+ years of experience in IT Configuration Management and CMDB consulting.
Proven success in navigating large-scale CMDB implementations (preferably with 10M+ CIs).
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and CMDB governance.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
Expertise in data modeling, CI taxonomy, and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with discovery tools (e.g., ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Tanium).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Insurance industry, especially Property & Casualty.
Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow CMDB, or equivalent.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

If so, the Sexual Assault Forensic Examination-Telehealth (SAFE-T) Center at The Pennsylvania State University needs you! The SAFE-T Center is growing their elite team of highly trained forensic nurses (TeleSANEs) to include SANEs who specialize in the pediatric population.
The SAFE-T Center TeleSANE team is comprised of experienced, IAFN-certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners who have dedicated their careers to advancing the field of forensic nursing. These TeleSANEs are making a difference for victims of crime by providing real-time mentorship and live quality assurance to lesser-experienced SANEs in rural and underserved communities. This team continually strives to provide excellence in telehealth through rigorous, quality assurance and training activities. There is an intense commitment in the advancement of the SAFE-T Center's mission to enhance care for victims of sexual assault in underserved communities as well as a desire to nurture the growth of future SANEs.
As a SAFE-T Center TeleSANE, you will be paid to take call and conduct telehealth consultations securely from your home through special equipment provided to you by the SAFE-T Center. This opening is an ideal second job for many SANEs, but due to the level of training invested in you as a TeleSANE, the SAFE-T Center asks for a two-year commitment to the opening.
Job Duties Pediatric TeleSANE Expert Consultant Expectations:- Provide expert forensic nursing consultation during real-time sexual assault examinations via telehealth.
- Give between 48 to 66 hours of paid on-call time per month.
- TeleSANEs are expected to sign up for a combination of days, nights, weekends each month to fill schedule.
- New hires will be asked to attend an initial virtual training and onboarding, followed by successful completion of individualized virtual trainings and practice telehealth consultations, as well as an in-person onboarding session. All training and travel will be fully compensated.
- The SAFE-T Center will occasionally host TeleSANE meetings and trainings in State College, PA. SAFE-T Center will provide all travel reimbursement.
- There is approximately 30 hours of paid training prior to serving on call.
- TeleSANEs are expected to attend and contribute to regularly scheduled monthly Zoom meetings and trainings.
- TeleSANEs must maintain their IAFN certification.

HDR is looking for a Management Consulting Analyst in New England. They will work with a multi-disciplinary group of engineers, economists, analysts, and other professionals providing information that supports our clients in managing their assets in areas such as power generation, power distribution and transmission, building facilities, and data centers.
While the Management Consulting Analyst is not a design role, engineering or field experience is beneficial. Familiarity with equipment, facilities operation, and the demands on the trades staff maintaining and operating the equipment helps us develop better plans for our clients.
In the role of Management Consulting Analyst , we'll count on you to:
- Analyze proposed options related to operations, systems or management changes and impacts of changes using knowledge of staffing, engineering, service provision, and management.
- Confer with managers to obtain additional information or interpret policies and procedures related to change options.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to options and change evaluations
- Perform analyst activities such as conducting research, applying software tools for analysis and presentation (Tableau, Smartsheet, Excel etc.), and identifying solutions to solve complex business issues.
- Support client meetings, virtually or on site, with Consultant or Principal Consultant.
- Support condition assessments, risk assessments, asset inventories, and spares analyses on infrastructure equipment. Develop decision making tools related to the data collected.
- Prepare documents and presentations for clients.
- Occasional travel to a client's offices or facilities. Field work may include onsite working meetings, job site walks, inventory assessments, or condition assessments.
- Serve as task manager under project manager, beginning deputy project management duties.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of work completed by other team members as needed.
- Support Scope of Work and budget development for proposals.
