Corrpro Companies is looking for a Commercial Manager for our Energy clients. This is a remote position and needs to be near a major airport west of the Mississippi river. Cities like Dallas, Houston, Denver, Phoenix, or San Diego.
Corrpro is a corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Companies is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company.
- Will reach their sales quotas through effective management of defined assigned current and future customers, as well as assigned projects
- Generates new orders by selling products and services across all aspects of assigned accounts
- Define and execute sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed annual sales plans and quotas for corrosion assessment, corrosion protection design, and testing services within pipeline, petrochemical and power company market accounts
- Perform account planning to identify, develop, and close business opportunities in support of business plan and strategic objectives. Maintain favorable business relationships with accounts.
- Ensure all sales activity and opportunities are up to date in Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This data will feed into sales reporting, forecasting, and sales activities.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by Corrpro
- Conduct sales calls and make product/service presentations to meet customer needs
- Develop bid strategy, provide input into the estimating process, optimize pricing, and develop project teams consisting of internal and external collaborators to acquire and complete profitable projects and contracts
- Generate and document market intelligence for assigned accounts including market size, buying practices, and decision makers
- Provide input into development of marketing communications and product portfolio decisions
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reporting to compare actual results against budgets
- Develop trends or other ad hoc analyses to test forecast assumptions and understand risks and opportunities to the forecast
- Attend trade shows and related conventions to promote company products and services
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction or other related science fields preferred. MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
- 5 to 7 years of related sales experience in the Department of Defense, energy, pipeline, and chemical sectors.
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; drafting reports; presenting information and responding to questions
- Experience performing arithmetic calculations and apply basic statistical concepts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to persuade, motivate and empower clients and co-workers to action
- Must be a strong communicator able to take initiative and function independently
- Experienced in dealing with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce (or other CRM)
- Must be able to travel approximately 50 - 60% or as needed

**Overview**
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior level Account Executive to sell the full suite of Cognizant's services and solutions into named client organizations. This role will have responsibility for pursuing 12 to 20 major lines of business within Oil & Gas verticals. Accounts will typically be oriented geographically to location but may include marquee accounts throughout the U.S. Service offerings will include: Application Development & Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing, ER&D, and Information Technology Outsourcing. The Account Executive will work with a client partner and team that will support all Sales pursuits. An offshore team will support targeted marketing into designated accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Pursue 12-20 major accounts. Accounts are both new logos and existing accounts focused on hunting activities
+ Act as the account lead on assigned accounts, setting the sales strategy, and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship
+ Drive growth through hunting new opportunities
+ Build and manage client relationships. Manage the shaping and closure of opportunities on assigned accounts, leveraging Cognizant specialists to support as necessary
+ Serve as day-to-day contact for the client where there is thin coverage of Client Partner support
+ Scale accounts at pace
**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum 10 years' experience selling consulting services Oil & Gas industries.
+ Minimum 8 years' experience working for a Global Consulting Firm, Onshore/Offshore sales with minimum of $14M annual quota. (This may vary depending on the maturity of the Vertical that the AE is selling)
+ Minimum 5 years' experience selling similar Service Offerings - Applications Development & Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing, and Information Technology Outsourcing
+ Demonstrated success selling deals in the $ to 50M range
+ Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model
+ Bachelor's degree

+ Advanced degree (MBA or Masters)
+ Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
+ Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments

Client Delivery
As Energy companies explore opportunities to optimize their operational efficiency, you will help our clients understand areas to achieve operational excellence by examining their processes and tools including emissions reporting, exploration, drilling and completions, production, HSSE, accounting, reliability and engineering and examining operational KPI's that drive costs and revenue. You will help our clients by crafting a strategy in line with their long-term goals or by implementing innovative and data driven digital solutions to drive speed to value. You will work as a part of cross competency teams within EY to bring the greatest value for our clients. You will craft and manage commercially viable engagements for EY.
Business Development
The purpose of this role is to help position EY for growth within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals operations sector in this rapidly changing market. You will help to support this capability within our digital operations team, help author thought leadership material, help develop our 'Go to Market' strategy, and develop sales collateral and solution materials to position EY in the market. You will learn about the various competencies and capabilities within EY. You will play an active role in the delivery lifecycle of engagements.

To qualify for the role you must have

+ Proficiency in using upstream oil and gas software and systems
+ Deepwater asset/operations experience
+ Strong knowledge of oil, gas and/or chemicals technologies, equipment, and industry standards
+ Familiar with oil, gas and/or chemicals facility operations and maintenance
+ Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in upstream operations
+ Demonstrated results in improving the profitability of oil, gas and/or chemicals operations using digital tools

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $40,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 178,700 to 386,600.
