This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional value to clients within the energy sector. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges, developing innovative solutions, and guiding clients through significant transformations. This includes conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, operational assessments, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities involve leading client engagements from inception to completion, managing project teams, and fostering strong client relationships. You will also play a crucial role in business development, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the firm's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the energy industry, including oil & gas, renewables, and utilities. A proven track record in delivering successful consulting projects, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced proficiency in data analysis tools are essential. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting with senior-level executives. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant consulting experience. Experience with change management and organizational design is highly desirable. The ability to travel to client sites as needed is also a requirement.
