DH EYE CLINIC PAV L Job SummaryUnder general supervision, performs all components of patient registration/discharge into the EPIC system. Registration/Discharge includes entering charges for services, data entry, and chart breakdowns. Prepares daily cash deposit. Performs a variety of routine office tasks and maintains logs. Provides customer service, answers telephones, and is a clerical support to nursing and counseling staff.
Essential Functions :
- Answers telephone inquiries; screens calls; routes calls and takes messages (20%)
- Collects co-payment, point-of-service payment, deposits, and other payments, issue receipts and balance cash drawers. (20%)
- Works to properly identify patients to increase clean claims and minimize errors associated with misidentification. (10%)
- Completes documentation for uninsured patients seeking emergency care, to include CICP and Emergency Medicaid. (10%)
- Coordinate bed assignment, transfers, and discharges through various applications and maintain communications with inpatient nursing units and nursing supervisors. (10%)
- Verifies and updates patient demographics information and billing insurance information for new and existing patients. (10%)
- Calls insurance companies for treatment authorization and benefit information. (10%)
- Disseminated direct admit information to other Patient Access personnel for proper screening and insurance verification. (5%)
- Maintain quality assurance scores of 98% or higher in conjunction with department expectations. (5%)

This role supports in-field Account Managers across multiple regions, including Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, and New England (Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine).
The District Manager, Retina, is responsible for leading a region team of field-based Account Managers, Retina (AMR's) promoting AbbVie's Retina injectable portfolio. The District Manager will also oversee all aspects of managing the region including sales results and accountability, ensuring all AMR's needs and opportunities are addressed through training, development, and disciplinary actions as necessary. They are responsible for in-field coaching and development of their region AMRs to advance their skills and increase their impact to grow product demand. - A Doctor of Optometry with 2+ years of clinical practice and 1+ years of leadership experience, or a non-OD backed by 3+ years in a multi-unit management role with experience in eye care

Job Description
Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to provide financial support & leadership within International Marketing Commercial Operations (IMCO). Specifically, this position is responsible for financial planning and analysis related to LRP, Plan, Update, LBE, decision-making support and recommendations to Senior Management. The incumbent will collaborate cross functionally and cross geographically, will take into consideration market dynamics, market share, market access and resourcing to monitor and plan asset performance (on market and launch assets). In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements.
Responsibilities:
+ Drive monthly, quarterly reporting and annual Plan, LRP and LBEs as required, including Sales, P&L, ADS forecasts, using planning systems incorporating review changes of both financial and operating management.
+ Cross functional working relationships with Commercial Areas & Affiliates leading them successfully through the Plan and LRP process.
+ Strategic partner for commercial functions, portraying a compelling narrative using robust financials and deliverables that can be reviewed with Senior management.
+ Partner with cross-functional and international stakeholders, Commercial Areas, GCF, Market Access, Pricing, PCS and IMABi contacts to track and analyze on market asset performance. This includes the development of commercial models to monitor and plan the elements of the brand performance.
+ Assist in asset launch preparation through the development of clear Brand Guidance, Investment Framework and sensitivity analysis/ scenario modelling.
+ Support ad hoc analysis as required such ELT reporting, ADS forecast for S&OP, Brand TA LBE, support quarterly earning preparation, and companywide initiatives.
+ Provides management with clear insights into drivers of business and financial performance, assessing business dynamics & market opportunities whilst providing strategic recommendations.
+ Individual is expected to have high impact business communication whilst successfully performing all responsibilities with a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy
Qualifications
+ Requires 4-7 years progressive and related FP&A experience.
+ Ability to influence without direct authority.
+ Ability and desire to proactively search out and evaluate business problems and opportunities.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication skills, able to summarize complex business dynamics into deliverables for executives.
