+ Coordinate shipping/receiving activities using WIN Central, Powersuite, and other systems
+ Maintain accurate trailer and drum tracking data; scan storage areas and manage tracking gun downloads

The Facility Coordinator works with our operations and maintenance team in developing the scheduled maintenance activities and processes; evaluates the need for tools, equipment, and parts; and anticipates interruptions in plan and develops backup plans to minimize the impact on the facility's overall functionality or scheduled events.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinates event set-ups and conference room reservations with the events management team.
+ Upholds safety, health, and environmental procedures; communicates directly; and supports the EHS policies to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and Company and Site-Specific rules and regulations.
+ Develops full scope and extent of work required, including cost and time required, to conduct the relevant repair, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities of the buildings and grounds.
+ Initiates the requisition process for all MRO materials and oversees storeroom to establish, maintain, improve and optimize MRO inventory.
+ Performs post job reviews of sub-contractors to ensure actual work is performed and post repair operation is satisfactory.
+ Coordinates with Site Maintenance Manager and Operations to schedule workforce and resources for workforce and cost optimization.
+ Creates a critical spares list for chemical inventory and procures or identifies sources for procurement to reduce lead times.
+ Coordinate safety inspections for rack capacities, fall protection, ladders, lifting and towing, overhead hoists, and other safety programs.
+ Assist in Monthly Asset Audit (time devotion based on associated KPIs).
+ Assist in Monthly PM Validation (time devotion based on associated KPIs).
+ Management of vehicle and aerial lift fleet; ensure regular inspections are conducted, coordinate repair of equipment, and coordinate temporary or permanent replacement of equipment, as needed.
+ Reconcile purchase card expenditures monthly.
+ Coordinate access and escort of vendors and contractors, coordinate with security for badge requests.
+ Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, engineering, or related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience -OR-
+ 8 years of experience in industrial Facilities or Production Maintenance related work will be considered demonstrated equivalent in experience with no college education.
+ In addition to education or equivalent, two years of planning experience in the field of facility or production maintenance.
+ Proficiency in a CMMS.
+ Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

The Facilities Coordinator provides assistance to the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. Directly supports the facility management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities.
**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office/facility
- Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action
- Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems
- Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment
- Follow protocol for effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedures
- Maintain on-going communication with contractors, client, and team
- Assist with site inspection within the assigned building portfolio
