About this role

The Senior Factory Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of all factory operations. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Management:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a regulated industry. Experience in IVD, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other life sciences manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive operational improvements, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Proven track record in operational excellence, strategic planning, and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), regulatory compliance (such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820), safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
As a Senior Human Resources Manager at a large Nestlé factory, you will be accountable for providing Human Resources leadership and support to all employees, as well as site leadership, through effective organizational design and execution of Human Resources strategy.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
As the Factory Quality Manager, we'll count on you to lead the adherence to all food safety and quality policies, procedures, and standards established by the company, as well as complying with regulations set by federal, state, and local agencies. You will drive quality assurance (QA) strategies throughout the factory and proactively identify opportunities to continuously improve and generate exceptional results. In this critical leadership role, you'll engage, empower, and supervise the QA department and ensure all manufacturing quality standards are met or exceeded.
+ Manage strategic planning and daily operation of the factory QA department
+ Coach, develop, and mentor the QA team
+ Lead the internal and external factory audit programs to verify adherence to certification standards, regulatory requirements, product and process specifications
+ Review, maintain, and enhance factory QA resources to support personnel training and competency development, food safety, and quality management systems
+ Adhere to ISO requirements and continually monitor external standards to inform internal strategy
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistent application of quality standards
+ Drive the quality pillar in support of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for the factory

+ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related scientific discipline
+ 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing, production, military or related environment
