Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management:
- Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Monitor production metrics and implement improvements as necessary to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure the factory meets output targets and deadlines.
2. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead the factory staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Foster a positive working environment, ensuring staff motivation, engagement, and development.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
3. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that the factory operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.
4. Quality Control:
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Address any issues related to product quality and resolve them promptly.
5. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that materials are available to meet production needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent overproduction or stockouts.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, safety, quality, and other key metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Track and report on KPIs related to factory operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB SUMMARY: The Virtual Factory Manager is responsible for leading and managing assigned production, engineering, shipping, and receiving functions, including supervising personnel, production scheduling, on-time delivery, inventory, product quality, expense control, employee staffing, training, and safety.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
• Work closely with Production Supervisors on production scheduling, ensuring availability of materials and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to manage product quality and on-time delivery

• Ensure that the facility and personnel are operating safely and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations

• Work with the sales department regarding our customers, including but not limited to orders, concerns, needs, and visits

• Assist upper management in conducting management review of quality systems and uphold and promote the standards of Indium’s quality management system, including following procedures and work instructions, and recommending
improvements, work with quality personnel regarding product quality and audits
• Approve purchase orders and create purchase requisitions up to level(s) of authority
• Assist Plant leadership with matters related to strategic planning, capital purchases and budgets, plant design, and improvements
• Exercise the authority to stop (shut down) any manufacturing process/facility machinery that has the potential to threaten employee safety, create an environmental/regulatory hazard, or jeopardize product quality
• Attend training as needed or assigned
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate degree and 2 years of related work experience or prior experience as an Indium Corporation Senior Production Supervisor; an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Factory Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum equipment run time. Responsible for establishing and implementing Maintenance Foundations, TPM and the engineering related elements of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) for Nestlé. Role is a key Liaison between the Production and Engineering driving the maintenance team to deliver reliable equipment at optimal cost.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides direction to maintenance staff while promoting compliance with Company objectives.
• Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance costs, and PM compliance.
• Ensures that all mandatory maintenance programs are followed throughout the Company.
• Maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
• Constantly reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Performs upgrades and/or changes to equipment if necessary.
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
• Completes all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensures city, state and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met at all times.
• Participates in all internal and external audits.
• Manages the department function and processes.
• Manages department for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
• Oversees the work activities and professional training and development of 5 direct reports and 50 indirect reports.
• Works with Management to attain goals, carry out strategies, plans, and policies to increase profitability and success of the Company.
• Enhances, implements and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.

General Job Description
The Factory Project Manager (PM) is a key member of the Project Management team and is responsible for coordinating the execution of projects within the factory, ensuring that production runs efficiently, on schedule, and within scope. The Factory PM acts as the liaison between production, project management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and the timely flow of materials and information necessary for production. This role is critical in coordinating resources, tracking project progress, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on the production floor. As a vital team member of the factory, the Factory Project Manager will be the point person for tactical execution activities for their respective production project line.
Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for projects entering the factory, coordinating with other departments such as engineering and procurement to ensure readiness for production
Manage production line schedules, ensuring that materials and drawings are available when needed to maintain production timelines
Track and communicate key project milestones, such as drawing releases, material landings, and shipping dates
Coordinate closely with the procurement team to track long-lead items and material availability
Leverage tools such as the Procurement Plan and SharePoint to track orders, compare Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensure accuracy and completeness of components needed for production
Drive proactive communication with department leads, PMs, and the factory team to address any delays or potential production bottlenecks
Escalate issues regarding drawing releases, material shortages, or schedule impacts to the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution
Maintain an accurate status of ongoing projects within the factory, reporting regularly to the leadership team on project progress and any potential rocks
Coordinate, track, and ensure that all sub-components (e.g., shipped loose items) are accurately delivered and available for assembly and shipping

Requirements
Bachelors degree in project management, operations, or a related field , or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, with at least 2 years in a project management role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels
Knowledge of BOMs and familiarity with procurement processes a plus
Experience working with project management software a plus
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
This position requires moderate physical activity in a manufacturing and office environment. To perform the essential functions of this job, the employee will divide their time seated at a computer desk and walking on the factory floor. Walking extended distances from location to location in the factory complex and meeting with people in noisy or congested areas will be a common occurrence. The employee must be able to reach overhead, able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, squatting; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance for extended periods of time. Be able to lift, pull and push material and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 40 pounds of weight throughout assigned workday if required. The employee will be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Factory Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum equipment run time. Responsible for establishing and implementing Maintenance Foundations, TPM and the engineering related elements of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) for Nestlé. - Provides direction to maintenance staff while promoting compliance with Company objectives.

- Ensures city, state and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met at all times.
- Participates in all internal and external audits.
- Manages the department function and processes.
- Manages department for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
- Oversees the work activities and professional training and development of 5 direct reports and 50 indirect reports.
- Works with Management to attain goals, carry out strategies, plans, and policies to increase profitability and success of the Company.
