The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition is searching for full-time faculty at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor who are dedicated esophagologists with clinical research experience. Appointees will have the opportunity to play a key role in further developing and expanding our rapidly growing program of excellence in esophageal disorders, including close collaboration with the multidisciplinary surgical teams recognized for pioneering innovative surgical treatments. Appointees will have a mix of inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities primarily at our Hyde Park campus and at our network and affiliate sites. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Academic rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications. he Department of Radiology Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. The successful applicant will join a growing clinical service of faculty members who work across all aspects of cardiovascular and cardiothoracic radiology including chest radiography, chest and cardiac CT (including coronary CTA), and thoracic and cardiovascular MR (including stress perfusion CMR). We support a large lung cancer screening program with patients from across the Northwestern Medicine system, and our hospital has a large lung transplant population. The section is also a recognized international leader in the delivery of high-volume, cutting-edge cardiovascular MR services which we perform throughout our hospital system. Our faculty are regarded as highly collaborative across our campus and hospital system. We participate in numerous interdisciplinary conferences with our colleagues from cardiology, cardiac and thoracic surgery, pulmonology, and oncology. We have a cardiovascular imaging fellowship, a growing cardiothoracic imaging fellowship, and large complement of excellent residents who we are fortunate to help train. Salary: The budgeted salary range for this position is $213,272 to $31,987 at the Assistant Professor level, 255,633 to 285,383 at the Associate Professor level. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
