Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing with all applicable bar associations.
- 3 plus years of experience practicing law
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
