About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Global Product Manager to lead our Pasture & Land Management Herbicides and Nitrogen Management crop segments. This role also supports the broader herbicide portfolio and plays a key role within the global weed management team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the short- and long-term strategy and vision for assigned crop segments and molecules, including lifecycle and portfolio integration into the global weed management strategy.
Lifecycle & Portfolio Management: Oversee molecule lifecycle planning, including third-party collaborations and business development opportunities.
Execution & Collaboration: Partner with Regional Commercialization Leaders (RCLs) and Regional Segment Leaders (RSLs) to drive execution across pipeline and late-stage products.
Innovation Management: Lead global innovation initiatives, manage budget allocation, and track ROI. Ensure seamless handoff to regional teams.
Market Advocacy: Manage market segment positioning, ensure freedom to operate, and advocate for strategic priorities across internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting Line: This position reports to the Global Portfolio Leader - Row Crop and Pasture & Land Management Herbicides.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in agriculture, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
- Proven expertise in strategic marketing, planning, and execution.
- Deep understanding of global agricultural markets, customer needs, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead through influence and build effective networks.
- Demonstrated self-leadership, organizational skills, and presentation capabilities.
- MBA and/or experience working across multiple geographic regions.
- Proficiency in market research, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis.
- Track record of delivering strong business results.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse, global teams.
- High interpersonal effectiveness: empathy, adaptability, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
- Project management credentials (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, PMI certification).
