Job Description:
We’re hiring an Operations Assistant to support our fast-paced and growing jewelry brand. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with our Inventory, Shipping, and Production teams, assisting with essential day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Support:
- Tag jewelry pieces accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain organization of inventory and stock areas.
Shipping & Fulfillment Support:
- Assemble shipping boxes and ring sizers.
- Replenish packing supplies and maintain a tidy shipping station.
- Assist with gift wrapping and final order presentation to meet brand standards.
Production Support:
- Count and check in stock received from production houses
- Assist in picking up jewelry from production houses as needed.
- Wrap and package finished pieces before passing to inventory.
Compensation: $28/hr
