Job Description:

We’re hiring an Operations Assistant to support our fast-paced and growing jewelry brand. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with our Inventory, Shipping, and Production teams, assisting with essential day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:


Inventory Support:

  • Tag jewelry pieces accurately and efficiently.
  • Help maintain organization of inventory and stock areas.


Shipping & Fulfillment Support:

  • Assemble shipping boxes and ring sizers.
  • Replenish packing supplies and maintain a tidy shipping station.
  • Assist with gift wrapping and final order presentation to meet brand standards.


Production Support:

  • Count and check in stock received from production houses
  • Assist in picking up jewelry from production houses as needed.
  • Wrap and package finished pieces before passing to inventory.


Compensation: $28/hr

Responsibilities

Assessing and purchasing a wide variety of fashionable, pre-loved, quality clothing from customers.

Pricing clothing purchased from customers, giving them the best possible price, while keeping sales merchandise affordable.

Maintaining knowledge of current fashion trends and price points.

Assisting with visual displays that appeal to different styles

Additional Duties

Working at the Point of Sale (POS) counter and handling all sales-related tasks, including operating our POS software, counting cash, making change and providing customers trade cards for the clothing they’ve sold.

Processing merchandise so it’s ready for the sales floor.
