2. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase wholesale revenue for womens clothing lines.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the wholesale apparel industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

About the Role
Were hiring a dynamic Brand Sales Manager to lead wholesale growth and build strategic account relationships for the JOA brand. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, expanding brand visibility, and ensuring strong market alignment. Youll work cross-functionally with our design, marketing, and operations teams to manage seasonal launches, key accounts, and promotional cadence. This is a high-visibility role that includes regular domestic travel to visit retail partners and represent JOA at major fashion trade shows such as MAGIC, Atlanta, and Dallas Market. These events are critical for showcasing collections, building relationships, and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow wholesale and key account revenue

- Forecast sales by category and collaborate with design on seasonal assortment

Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in wholesale sales or brand sales management in fashion

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
