2. Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase wholesale revenue for womens clothing lines.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and monitor performance against goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and ensure consistent results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients (e.g., boutiques, department stores, online retailers).

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the wholesale apparel industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

About the Role

Were hiring a dynamic Brand Sales Manager to lead wholesale growth and build strategic account relationships for the JOA brand. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, expanding brand visibility, and ensuring strong market alignment. Youll work cross-functionally with our design, marketing, and operations teams to manage seasonal launches, key accounts, and promotional cadence. This is a high-visibility role that includes regular domestic travel to visit retail partners and represent JOA at major fashion trade shows such as MAGIC, Atlanta, and Dallas Market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow wholesale and key account revenue
