SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory¿s Fundamental Physics Division (FPD) aims to understand the fundamental structure of all the constituents of the universe and their interactions with one another through a combination of experimental and theoretical research. We are seeking a Research Associate with a strong background in theoretical particle physics or possibly the interface of particle physics and astro-particle physics.
**Your specific responsibilities include:**
+ Conduct research in theoretical particle physics.
+ Participate in and contribute to general group research activities

**Note** : The Research Associate role is a fixed term position. This is a 3-year fixed-term appointment.
