Automotive Engineering QA / AI Trainers
to audit model responses, verify engineering rigor, and author gold-standard prompts/solutions that strengthen AI reasoning.
What you'll do
- Review and rate prompts and model answers across
vehicle dynamics
,
powertrain/electrification
,
control systems
,
embedded/ECU/CAN
,
electronics
,
ADAS/functional safety
, and
manufacturing/quality
. - Verify equations, units, assumptions, and design rationale; check against standards and safety considerations.
- Draft improved prompts, solutions, and concise written feedback using detailed QA rubrics (SFT/RLHF/evaluation).
- Run quick validation/analysis in
Python
(e.g., notebooks, sanity checks; basic scientific stack helpful). - Identify edge cases and propose rubric/guideline refinements to ensure consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years
in Automotive Engineering or a closely related field (vehicle systems, powertrain, controls, electronics, etc.). - Bachelor's in Engineering required;
Master's/PhD preferred
. - Practical
Python
for analysis/validation (scripts or notebooks). - Ability to evaluate step-by-step reasoning, equations, design trade-offs, and standards compliance.
- Clear, concise technical writing in English; meticulous about notation and units.
- Comfortable following detailed QA rubrics and switching topics quickly.
- Reliable computer/internet; able to pass an AI interview and QA calibration.
