Automotive Engineering QA / AI Trainers
to audit model responses, verify engineering rigor, and author gold-standard prompts/solutions that strengthen AI reasoning.

What you'll do

  • Draft improved prompts, solutions, and concise written feedback using detailed QA rubrics (SFT/RLHF/evaluation).
  • Run quick validation/analysis in
    Python
    (e.g., notebooks, sanity checks; basic scientific stack helpful).
  • Identify edge cases and propose rubric/guideline refinements to ensure consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    in Automotive Engineering or a closely related field (vehicle systems, powertrain, controls, electronics, etc.).
  • Bachelor's in Engineering required;
    Master's/PhD preferred
