Position Summary
The Field Operations Specialist is the primary liaison between Anderson Longevity Clinic corporate headquarters and our franchise partners. This role provides hands-on guidance, training, and performance coaching to ensure each location operates efficiently, consistently, and profitably—while delivering a world-class patient experience aligned with our brand standards.
You will work directly with franchise owners, clinic managers, and staff to implement best practices in operations, patient flow, team development, compliance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence:
- Conduct regular onsite and virtual visits to franchise locations to assess operational performance.
- Audit clinic processes, systems, and brand compliance, and provide actionable feedback.
- Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all clinics.
- Performance Coaching:
- Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and patient experience data to identify growth opportunities.
- Coach franchise owners and managers on improving efficiency, profitability, and retention.
- Partner with corporate marketing and training teams to execute proven growth strategies.
- Training & Development:
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing franchisees.
- Mentor clinic leadership on staff management, patient communication, and operational leadership.
- Brand & Compliance:
- Ensure all clinics maintain Anderson Longevity Clinic’s service standards, protocols, and brand image.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, franchise field coaching, or related role.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, patient flow, and healthcare service delivery.
- Proven track record of improving business performance through operational coaching.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in KPI analysis and business reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.
Preferred Experience:
