- Maintain presentation and cleanliness throughout the office, including supply room, mail room, and kitchen when doing weekly inventory and stocking

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and produce a high volume of work
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and procedures (copiers, scanners, filing, alphabetizing)
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes of up to 50 pounds
- Prior clerical support experience
- Prior electronic filing experience
- Some knowledge of legal processes and the courts
- Knowledge of unlawful detainers, post-judgment court paperwork, or rental housing paperwork
Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
