**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and process legal filings with multiple Secretaries of State offices, including DC.
+ Handle authentications and Service of Process (SOP) filings.
+ Accurately input and maintain filing data within internal systems.
+ Submit filings both in person (over-the-counter) and online as required.
+ Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
+ Maintain organized digital and physical records of filings and confirmations.
