WM is seeking passionate finance and accounting students for a **12-week internship within WM's Finance and Accounting groups** which will consist of two to three immersion experiences across departments including: Accounting, Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury & Risk Management, and others. Successful candidates will be imbedded within our teams where they will have a mentor and the opportunity to network with entire departments to ensure their projects are successful.
Interns will generally work as part of a team within the Finance and Accounting group but may also have cross-functional collaboration opportunities to work with teams that include members from groups such as: Corporate Development & Innovation, Digital, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, People, or Sustainability.
Past intern project topics have ranged from analyzing acquisition targets, analyzing profitability across our operations, and many more.
