The Finance Coordinator will partner with various Finance Teams, providing financial reporting support and oversight to lines of business supporting companywide financial planning and analysis activities. This role will support Finance leadership, as well as the line of business, with reporting, and explanations. Additionally, this position will coordinate initiatives and requests for analysis with your counterparts in the field. The individual will also develop ad-hoc financial analyses and reports that aid in evaluating business performance and identifying risk and opportunities. This role will also support the strategic and business planning processes and valuable initiatives.

**Job Responsibilities**
+ Extremely flexible to adjust to needs of growing business and ability think outside the box for solutions.

+ Financial planning and analysis: create annual forecast/budget by venue, create weekly/monthly/annual financial reports
+ Accountable for Cash Flow, Cash and Banking, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Capital Expenditures
+ Weekly/Monthly reporting ? including analyzing and communicating to the corporation and operators, including targets with SMART actions
+ Audits/Contract Compliance ? including Cash, Accounts Payable, SOX and working with internal corporate auditors
+ Maintain all financial records and reports in adherence with Aramark?s Business Conduct Policy and all local, state, and federal regulations and codes
+ Train and develop finance and operations teams on financial acumen and policies
+ Develop proformas for new business and revenue growth opportunities

**Qualifications**
At least 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience
Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business or a related subject
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact and effectively communicate to senior management and diverse teams
Ability to coordinate a number of projects and prioritize accordingly
Collaboration skills and the ability to influence and get results without formal authority
Sound judgment and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

**Position Summary:**
The Finance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the team by managing the end-to-end purchase order process, vendor data accuracy, and invoice processing. This role ensures seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders, project teams, and vendors, while maintaining accurate financial records across multiple systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Purchase Order Management:
+ Create, monitor, and maintain SAP purchase orders for various projects and operational needs.
+ Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
+ Respond to project team requests for purchase orders via the dedicated Microsoft Teams room.
+ Vendor Management & Data Integrity:
+ Collaborate with the Vendor Management team to maintain accurate supplier data across financial and operational systems.
+ Assist with onboarding new vendors and updating supplier information as needed.
+ Support troubleshooting efforts for vendor-related system or data issues and act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams for payment issues, data updates, and system accuracy.
+ Invoicing & Payments:
+ Coordinate invoice submissions, approvals, and follow-up to ensure timely payments.
+ Work with vendors on cash application issues and help resolve payment discrepancies.
+ Track and report on invoice status to internal stakeholders.
+ Ensure annual expense accuracy in accordance with accounting principles and financial policies.
+ Reporting & Collaboration:
+ Assist in generating and maintaining financial reports using various internal systems.
+ Provide regular updates on purchase order and payment statuses to project teams and management.
+ Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
+ Create and maintain monthly P&L financial reporting for period-end close activities.

**Qualifications:**

Based in Fresno, CA; the Accounting Generalist role is responsible for maintaining and executing various accounting/ Labor processes and functions on a unit and regional level. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data and internal controls. This position is for a highly skilled and diligent individual who excels at multi-tasking and problem solving. This position will support daily labor activities while assisting with basic accounting functions. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who understands workforce operations and has a foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $18.87 to $25.96 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting?

Job Responsibilities- Monitor and reconcile labor data to ensure accuracy in workforce reporting.
- Assist with timekeeping systems and labor cost allocations.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to resolve labor discrepancies.
- Support labor forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist with journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with labor-related financial reporting requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between finance, HR, and operations teams.
- Provide training and guidance on accounting and labor-related procedures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial and personnel data.

Qualifications- Associates degree required, preferably in accounting, banking or finance
- Minimum of (3) three years finance experience in GL accounting, financial controls, reporting and analysis
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player that can interact well with various levels of financial and operating personnel
- Possess the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Comfortable working independently and as a group
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines assigned
- Some travel may be required (<5%)
