Primary responsibilities include:
+ Managing the reporting and forecasting processes for the Private Bank and Private Wealth, including month end and quarter end close, monthly financial reviews, and rolling forecasts
+ Building the financial story for monthly business and performance reviews through analyzing financial performance, including variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Review explanations of variance for sufficiency, clarity, and value
+ Developing and delivering analyses that demonstrate the value of the Private Bank business to the overall bank
+ Partnering with the Finance team to identify and drive process improvements, including management / organization of metric data, and creation of standard and ad-hoc reports
+ Assist in the development of financial strategies and business cases for new initiatives and investments
+ Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed
Qualifications
+ 5+ years' experience in financial analysis including the ability to perform ratevolumemix analytics from balance sheet and revenue accounts; experience in banking is required
+ High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights

· Prepare/review schedules and work with corporate departments to analyze and forecast various balance sheet accounts
· Assist with preparing/reviewing the monthly Cash Flow Rolling Forecast for North America
· Work with Sector Finance to understand recent trends, identify cash flow opportunities, and improve reporting
· Lead conversion of Excel reports to interactive dashboards using PowerBI
· Develop analyses and reports to identify opportunities to improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) and work with other departments to implement changes
· Establish DSO reporting for acquired companies
· Participate in the analysis of efficiency and effectiveness of current departmental processes and procedures, and implement identified improvements
· Special projects as requested for sector finance and senior management
· Supervise two Financial Analysts
