Qualifications
Required:
+ Functional implementation experience on 5+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
+ 12+ years' total Oracle implementation experience.
+ Extensive functional expertise spanning end-to-end implementations within any of the following Oracle Cloud modules: Record to Report (RTR), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
+ Proven success in leading high-impact systems strategy, requirements discovery, fit-gap analysis, business process design (as-is/to-be), conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing phases, and end user training.
+ Demonstrated ability to engage and report to C-suite clients, with experience managing both client and project teams at the executive level.
+ Track record of effectively managing and developing cross-functional functional and technical teams.

**Job Objective:**
The Sr Manager Finance is a senior-level manager that plans and manages finance and accounting activities to support assigned departments. This role leads credit and collections of domestic and international accounts by interfacing with internal and external contacts to resolve problems regarding outstanding accounts receivables, customer complaints, and credit evaluations of new and existing customers.
**Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:**
Develops and implements annual operating plan and tracks results to plan, including sales, operating profit, and capital.
Manage and conduct period closings for financial record.
Identify and present to management opportunities for reducing cost or improving efficiencies in coordination with operations management.
Prepare ad hoc reports and provide detailed analysis of data as requested.
Ensures financial integrity that includes compliance with SOX, FASB, and GAAP.
Consult with legal counsel and the Corporate Financial Accounting Department to determine correct reporting processes.
Prepares budgets and forecasts for assigned business units.
Leads and supports special projects and teams.
Leads and performs audits as necessary.
Performs other duties as needed.
**Required Experience and Education:**
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
3-5 years of management experience.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Complete accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages.
+ Create and post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
+ Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports.

+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with Power BI and SQL is highly desirable.
+ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
