**What You'll Work On**
The Global Commercial Operations FP&A team is responsible for supporting the Abbott Diagnostics commercial organization for financial analysis, reporting, forecasting/budgeting, and additional ad hoc requests.
This position will develop a deep understanding of the commercial team's role in driving profitability for Abbott's global business. The individual will gain expertise in Abbott's product offerings, local business dynamics, and business strategy, all while establishing efficient processes and tools to analyze and grow the business.
**Major Accountabilities:**
Support the Abbott Diagnostics Commercial organization through detailed financial analysis, business support, and ad hoc reporting. Some activities may include:
+ Monthly review and analysis of actual Balance Sheet results compared to benchmarks and metrics.
+ Managing Abbott Diagnostics commercial cash flow reporting and analysis, which has high visibility to Sr. Management.
+ Analyzing the balance sheet health for the Diagnostics division compared to multiple benchmarks and metrics.
+ Service Equipment Investment analysis and Sales, Utilization and Unit reconciliation.
+ Support the OEM process with building and maintaining complex financial models.
+ Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
+ Assist in identification and implementation of process improvements.
+ Preparation of LBE (latest best estimate) forecasts.
+ Exposure to international P&Ls/exchange rates.
+ Interaction with different levels of management, both finance and commercial.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 4-6 years of finance/accounting experience. Previous commercial / FP&A experience preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with Balance Sheet or Cash Flow reporting preferred.
+ High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
+ Ability to work independently and with senior management.

Job Description
The Finance Supervisor supporting Operations Contract Manufacturing (OCM) will be responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis with respect to Actuals, Plan, Update, LBE, LRP and various analyses to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for the OCM team. Job scope is commercial and global in nature. The candidate must have the ability to work with key international business partners as well as local resources in a matrix organization across multiple grade levels; including Directors and VP.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support for all planning cycles (Plan, Update, LBE and LRP) and monthly actual reporting for a portfolio of products representing $250MM+ in annual sales that encompasses the Biologics Outside Contract Manufacturing business. This includes generating sales commentary, investigating variances and pro-actively adjusting future planning cycles accordingly.
+ Ensure adequate financial and system controls are maintained consistent with AbbVie policies and procedures as well as generally accepted accounting principles.
+ Develop accurate and consistent financial data and present such data in a clear and concise manner, while utilizing and developing business partnering skills.
+ Responsible for OCM FP&A Planning submissions for Sales, Cost and Margin by Product and identification of Key +/- items for each business segment. Provide back-up support for Income Statement and Activity tracker submissions.
+ Hold monthly Actual and LBE reviews with key stakeholders for the businesses the business segments previously noted to address variance causals and discuss forward looking issues for LBE.
+ BPC Maintenance and Reporting/Planning - Responsible for ensuring product and customer hierarchy are accurate for the previously noted business segments. Additionally, responsible for loading Ops BPC for Sales, Cost and Standard Manufacturing Margin for various planning cycles (Plan, LBE and Update), and ensure accuracy of Actuals for month end reporting.
+ Ensure protection and proper use of company assets. Promote and maintain compliance with AbbVie policies and procedures and external requirements (e.g.,Sarbanes-Oxley).
Qualifications

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
As a member of the Financial Reporting team, the Financial Reporting Supervisor will participate in all aspects of CNB's financial reporting per U.S. GAAP, accounting month-end and quarter-end close process, subsidiary reporting to the parent, other routine or ad hoc reporting as assigned, and technical accounting research. The McDonald's Corporate Controller Group's Accounting and Reporting group currently has an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Supervisor to join our team. Duties
· Ownership of third-party royalty invoicing & receivables process
· Ownership of the intercompany charge & reconciliation process

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of existing processes and propose enhancements and participate in ad hoc projects
· Assist in the monthly general ledger close process

· Lead a team of two accounting coordinators who execute the third-party invoicing and intercompany charge process, supporting their professional growth

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
· 3+ years of experience in the accounting or finance industry
· Strong problem-solving skills, and must have the initiative and ability to find efficiencies an execute solutions to improve processes
· Ability to successfully navigate cross-functional teams and projects
· Experience with billing and invoicing of third-party and intercompany charges in a large multinational company preferred
