The Accountant (Financial Reporting) plays a key role on our high-impact Corporate Accounting team. This position offers the unique opportunity to support SEC reporting, coordinate with auditors, and provide technical accounting guidance across the organization.

You'll work cross-functionally with Corporate leaders, business units, and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting - while gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of high-value financial processes.

This role is based at our Columbus, OH corporate headquarters with a hybrid schedule (4 days/week on-site).

  Track new accounting guidance and ensure adherence. Support 11-K filings and benefit plan audits.
• Ad Hoc Reporting & Corporate Projects
  Collaborate with the Corporate Controller on special assignments as needed.

The SEC Reporting team handles the quarterly and annual filing of the Company's 10Q/K as well as the corresponding quarterly earnings release. *What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*
* Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC documents, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP.
* Conduct disclosure benchmarking against industry peers to support management's disclosure objectives while maintaining compliance with SEC requirements.
* Assist with the research and application of disclosures for new accounting pronouncements applicable to the company's Form 10-K and 10-Q documents.

The Manager, Financial Reporting will have oversight of financial reporting, audit support and general ledger management for Non-US ("cross-border) based business and support services including US India (USI), ARDC (Mexico), and Costa Rica (CR). The manager will support the integration of acquisitions or expansion of existing organizations. Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting, with a strong understanding of statutory financial statement requirements.

+ Review and approval of funding of all cross-border operations.

**Financial Accounting Analyst**
**Location:** This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The **Financial Accounting Analyst** is responsible for supporting all month-close functions, including closing, analysis, reporting as well as providing project leadership.
**How You Will Make an Impact**
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Reviews and prepares interpretation of accounting transactions and results.
+ Prepares financial, business and process presentations.
+ Identifies complex accounting problems or issues related to workflow processes, researches solutions, and implements corrective steps to achieve higher level of operational efficiency.
+ Coordinates, manages and leads complex projects and processes.
**Minimum Requirements:**
Requires BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:**
+ CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
+ Previous work experience with month end close processes, account reconciliation and statutory accounting principles preferred.
