Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while performing variance analysis between forecast and actual.
- Ensure effectiveness of accuracy and timeliness of forecasting, reporting, accruals, and other financial related processes and systems on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide direct financial leadership and support for assessing service allocation rates, composition of cost pools for new allocations.
- Work with group and project finance teams to develop, administer, and implement process improvements and methodologies and cost allocation expectations.
Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of financial professionals to develop and implement a financial strategy that is effective, consistent and aligns with the organization's overall financial strategy.
- Responsible for oversight and maintenance of project financial records and forecasts.
- Provide strategic pricing leadership to support a new business area.
- Participate in all internal and external audits.
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process for assigned businesses.
- Coordinates with Project Management to develop operational productivity analysis and tracking of metrics to identify where cost efficiencies can be achieved.

- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting for financial and business planning with Project Management and Division finance and works closely to track performance and provides timely variance and Risk and Opportunity analysis.
- Prepares routine and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis using MAXIMUS proprietary tools, Enterprise solutions, CostPoint, Cognos Reporting, and Excel
- Lead cooperative effort among members of a team.
- Provides ongoing supervision too assigned staff.
- Responsible for identifying and resolving issues, problems and concerns.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures.
- Interacts with different levels of external and internal customers.
- Ensures the confidentiality and security of all corporate information.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 10-12 years of relevant professional experience required.
