Job Description

* Prepare FLASH reporting and oversee month end closing
* Prepare quarterly Call Reports
* Prepare Consolidated and Combined working papers
* Prepare journal entries (month/quarter end and allocations), data/statistical analysis, monthly report preparation, and budget participation
* Review and sign-off on Staff Accountant journal entries and reconcilements
* Configure, modify, test and implement both current and new software workflows and procedures to ensure compliance with updated accounting standards and operational requirements
* Enforce Company and Departmental policies and procedures
* Process and/or review entries related to FCIS, FNR, and FNR II
* Prepare rebills for intercompany entries and assist in posting when needed
* Analysis and research of individual accounts and outstanding items at all company levels
* Assist in annual external audits and regulatory audits (example: OCC, Federal Reserve, and FDIC)
* Oversee departmental processes and identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows for increased efficiency and accuracy.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
* Prepare managerial reports as needed
* Oversee Property renditions and Property taxes for 300+ branches
* Cross train and help staff accountants with daily work
* Participate in webinars related to Banking, Accounting, and overall Regulatory reporting
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Travel as need to meet business needs
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

• Ensure transparent and consistent adherence to Engineering Manual, Procurement and Site Finance procedures including tax and duties issues.

• Administer together with procurement that the following registers are available and auditable: bid evaluations, (sub-) contracts, insurance, bank guarantees, warranties, retentions, change orders, payment applications, temporary assets, risk, (de)mobilization.
• Support proper and timely project close-out and deliver the Project Data Collection Report.
• Provide content/document management services including setting up project specific filing structures; training other team members, ensuring use of Opentext software for systematic archiving of all Project related content.
• Assisting in organization wide structuring of data and system set up including some user requirement testing of systems as they are implemented.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor or University degree in engineering / economics / business administration
• PMI, RICS or ACCEi Project Control Professional qualification or equivalent.
• Min 5 years work experience as PFA.
• Project Controls, Accounting.
• CAPEX, Finance or business administration.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Google Suite.
• Very good analytical skills.

**Candidate should be available to come into the office at least 3 days a week**

The hiring range for this position is $42-$2 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors

Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Sr. Financial Accountant to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Anaheim. The successful candidate will be strong knowledge of GAAP, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 6 months
• Pay: $50-55/hr on W2
• Schedule: Hybrid role - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

• Analyzing compiled balance sheets
• Comparing balance sheets versus past periods
• Financial statement analysis, journal entry review, and G/L account reconciliation preparation
• Completing monthly/quarterly close processes
• Assisting with interim and year end audits
• Performing technical accounting research

• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in both public and corporate accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration is required
• Advanced Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA is preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and SAP
• Experience with SEC filings
