Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Financial Literacy Coordinator to join our Wealth Builds team.
Wealth Builds is an innovative effort to eliminate the racial wealth gap through nine evidence-based pillars beginning in Harlem and ultimately expanding to up to 10 cities nationwide. Our theory of action is that cradle-to-career services plus capital lead to social and economic mobility. Through Wealth Builds, we are providing financial education and infusions of capital, with the goal of increasing social, financial, and human capital, ultimately generating wealth for our youth.
We are seeking a committed and organized Coordinator to support the Financial Literacy pillar. This role will sit on the Wealth Builds team, a high-priority strategic initiative at HCZ focused on creating pathways to social and economic mobility. The coordinator will possess excellent project management, organization, and prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly team-oriented environment. This Coordinator will be primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Financial Education and the Assistant Director of Financial Education in the execution of the socialization and data strategy of the initiative.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ Years of experience planning and executing financial literacy workshops (preferably with K-12 youth)
- 2+ Years of project management experience

General Summary:
To serve as the primary financial model builder and key member of Dollar General's Real Estate Financial Planning and Analysis team. The models will support the sales, real estate, SG&A, and capital planning functions for Dollar General. - Develop and maintain detailed financial models in support of the Commercial Finance function for Dollar General:

Purpose:
PRM Finance Manager to support Plastics and Regenerative Medicine business. This position takes the lead, with guidance from the PRM Finance Director, in managing the full P&L for Regen Med. The Finance Manager acts as a business partner and strategic thought leader in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial teams. Primary responsibilities include modeling Sales to Distribution Margin, coordinating all planning cycles (Plan, LBE, LRP), and acting as financial planning lead for Regen Med (including GTN, royalties, and warranty). Other key responsibilities include promotion modeling, pricing analysis, daily/weekly/monthly reports (sales analytics), weekly sales tracking, and acting as liaison with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Operations (customer service), and SP&A (sales planning & analytics). - Lead monthly reporting activities including preparing financial statement reports, variance and profitability analysis and management reporting packages.

POSITION SUMMARY
Financial Planning Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) teams on a daily basis. As key members of the service team, the Financial Planning Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to assist Financial Advisors (FA) teams with the use of firm-approved financial planning systems and engaging with clients.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues, including Financial Planning Directors and other specialists
- Supporting the FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships through an exceptional client experience
- • In conjunction with the FA/PWA/team, participate in existing client and/or prospective client meetings to review financial plans, representing the service lens
- Utilize the Firm's financial planning tools and work with FAs/PWAs/teams to enhance client relationships and generate financial plans
- Help build and establish a repeatable and scalable planning process for FAs/PWAs/team as a part of their book of business
- At the request of FA/PWA/team, participating in existing client and/or prospective client meetings to review financial plans, representing the service lens
- Providing guidance and support to peers within the market, assisting with financial planning support in an administrative capacity (e.g., tool usage) as needed
- Remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms 
 • Participating in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs), special projects and/or other duties directed by local management – particularly those relating to financial planning
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:
Education and/or Experience
- 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required
- 4-year college degree or professional certification preferred
- Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
- Complete and maintain internal Financial Planning Specialist designation requirements
- Willingness to obtain Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designation
Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of financial planning
- Excellent listening skills
- Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
- Technically proficient and quick learner of new and updated platforms
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Expert knowledge of basic personal computer, MS Office and internet applications
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills 
 • Strong time management skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
 • Adaptable and ability to multi-task
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven

Salary range for the position: $50k-$95k/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. Core Responsibilities:
+ Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports.

Our client, a prominent financial advisory firm located in Center City, Philadelphia, is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with Senior Analysts and Advisors to meet the wealth management and financial planning needs of the firm's clients. This position focuses on providing essential support to Advisors, including account administration, preparation of investment proposals, performance reviews, and delivery of comprehensive financial planning services.
The Financial Planning Analyst will also have significant administrative responsibility, including client account setup, alternative investment subscriptions, and handling custodian-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports on client portfolios.
+ Track and update client asset allocations.
+ Research and conduct due diligence on mutual funds, ETFs, separate account managers, and hedge funds.
+ Prepare materials and coordinate efforts for client meetings.
+ Assist in compiling quarterly tax projections.
+ Support preparation or review of select client income tax returns (e.g., Forms 1040).
Operational Functions:
+ Execute money movement processes (wires and journal entries).

Requirements
Qualifications:

+ High interest in investment advisory and wealth management services.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic familiarity with financial tools (e.g., Tamarac, eMoney, Zephyr, Portfolio Center preferred but not mandatory).
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent organizational skills.
