Real Chemistry is looking for a resourceful, energetic individual to join our growing market research team.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager to Senior Manager in Primary Market Research (PMR) to lead and support our integrated analytics projects. The ideal candidate will excel in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a strong focus on delivering actionable insights to our healthcare clients.
The successful candidate must collaborate effectively with other team members , have the ability to build and maintain internal agency and client relationship s , and consistently demonstrate analytical and interpretive skills with proficiency in uncovering insights from data. A minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in the primary market research setting preferred.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US officesincluding New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Franciscoor remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data collection, utilizing a variety of sources to gather relevant information. Perform detailed analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Report Generation: Develop clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients. Ensure all reports are tailored to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
- Market Research Support: Assist in the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies. Collaborate with senior team members to refine research methodologies and ensure robust data collection.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex market research projects from inception to completion. Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of research studies, ensuring they meet client objectives and timelines.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored research solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements.
- Strategic Insights Development: Transform research findings into strategic insights that drive business decisions. Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Promote the adoption of innovative research methodologies and best practices within the team. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new approaches into project work.
- You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. Were always evolving.
- You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
- You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
- Must have a solid understanding and practical experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SPSS, or similar platforms.
- Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for comprehensive analysis plans. Should possess the capability to interpret complex statistical analysis outputs and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with proficiency in presenting complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving client success.
- Understanding of the healthcare industrys landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and key stakeholders, to effectively anticipate and meet client needs is desired but not required.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us.
