**Position Summary**
The Rebate Reconciliation Analyst position will primarily be engaged in rebate reconciliation activities, payment analysis, dispute resolution, reserve analysis and other related financial analyses.
This includes working closely with internal partners such as Trade Relations / Legal / Accounting and external partners such as Pharmaceutical Manufacturers

**Job Duties**
+ Review and comprehend all contract terms applicable to the Reconciliation function
+ Track and apply payments due from pharmaceutical manufacturers
+ Identify any late payments and request late fee billing as required by contract
+ Manipulate and Analyze payment data from pharmaceutical manufacturers
+ Reconcile payment data received with Invoiced amount to identify all items disputed by pharmaceutical manufacturers
+ Analyze and research all variances and disputed items and determine whether to accept or reject disputes
+ Communicate with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding variances and disputes
+ Update internal dispute tracking data file on a monthly basis
+ Perform analysis of required reserves on a monthly basis
+ Investigate and respond to questions/inquiries regarding the status of open balances
+ Ability to handle basic to intermediate data manipulation and analysis
**Required Qualifications**
+ 6+ months financial or analytical experience.
+ 6+ months experience with Microsoft Excel.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with contract administration, financial and / or data analysis, data-mining, cash reconciliations, and complex processes is beneficial.
+ PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products preferred.
+ Contract interpretation experience is preferred
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics preferred or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

**Responsibilities**
The Risk Management intern will work directly with our Chief Risk Officer and other members of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. The intern will have an opportunity to learn about Battelle's business strategy and how the Company identifies, manages and mitigates risks across the enterprise.
Intern activities may include some or all of the following:
+ Work closely with senior and junior members of the various finance groups to support Battelle's ERM initiatives and objectives

**The opportunity**
Our Business Tax Advisory practice gives you the opportunity to focus on U.S. tax information reporting & withholding matters. You will work in a group environment on challenging information reporting and withholding engagements across all financial services sectors. We offer the specialization in assisting clients with mission-critical operational tax issues and customer reporting issues. Specifically, our experienced practitioners work across tax and operations to deliver advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with colleagues to assist clients in understanding relevant tax rules and implementing changes to their operations, processes and systems. The CTOR team works on challenging information reporting and withholding engagements in the financial services, banking, insurance, and multinational sectors. These engagements will primarily focus on non-resident alien (NRA) withholding and reporting (IRC Sections 1441 to 1446), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and domestic withholding and reporting matters. You can expect to work on engagements dealing with the FATCA, cost basis reporting, and various other global compliance and reporting initiatives, such as the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). As you progress within EY and our CTOR tax team, you will become a trusted business advisor to your clients. As you develop, you will benefit from being led and mentored by nationally recognized tax professionals who include some of the firm's most senior tax talent.
The CTOR Tax Services practice invests in the development of its team, with frequent virtual training, update calls and in-person trainings to help individuals develop technical skills and learn about new areas of the law. **Your key responsibilities**

**Your key responsibilities**
Work independently, recognize and identify problem areas and items that need to be addressed or escalated to ensure tax returns, tax research, tax accounting and tax projects are timely, efficiently, and accurately completed. Tax Projects including but not limited to implementation of new tax laws, moderately complex analysis of tax methods of accounting as well as tax processes or calculations for compliance purposes. Responsible for identifying moderately complex tax related issues and providing recommended solutions via research and/or position development, and documentation. Lead the preparation and review of moderately complex tax/accounting regulatory and tax compliance with limited supervision. Perform and document research and analysis on related accounting and tax issues. Guide team members and be a role model on moderately complex tax projects. Keep knowledge up to date of new tax and accounting developments as well as of EY standard technologies and processes related to job function.

+ Prepare or detail review complex financial closings, tax compliance filings and other tax related processes or tasks
+ Compile and/or evaluate moderately complex data, computations, documentation and various tax and accounting technologies

**Job Description**
+ Consults on investment and insurance strategies, as well as the development of financial plans for clients. Grows and retains an investment and insurance book of business. Owns the client experience, efficiently handling sales and service, identifying sales and/or executing opportunities and making referrals to internal business partners as appropriate.
+ Acquires, expands and maintains client relationships through business development and client networking. Grows client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently.
