**Position Summary**
As a Senior Analyst, Financial Operations within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) organization, you will support initiatives in areas of underwriting, sales/account managers, business/financial operations. The overall objective of this position is to assist the Client Pricing Hub group in reconciling the Fee Authorization Form (FAF) and working the different teams within the PBM questions to a quick and accurate resolution.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Responding to Sales/UW/Billing inquiries for Fee Schedule related tasks
+ Tracking tasks through SalesForce management tool
+ Hosting and communicating best practices with the account managers and Sales
+ Actively participate in UAT of the FAF and Fee Schedule, in addition to communicating material changes to these platforms
+ Researching and responding to high visibility inquiries and internal reporting to the different support teams
+ Monitoring of the team general Salesforce intake for all submissions to the Fee Schedule group
+ Providing guidance and assistance as needed in support of these inquiries and closing out these tasks
+ Assisting with regular quality reviews and assessments, in addition to helping the teams within the department with day-to-day tasks in support of FAF and Fee Schedule development
+ May also be assigned to special projects when needed
**Required Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of work experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Health Care Management.
+ + years of proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong knowledge of the PBM, contracting and understanding of the RFP process.
+ Experience working in Salesforce.
+ Experience working in Fee Authorization Form (FAF).
+ Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

**Responsibilities**

**Minimum Qualifications**
