This position is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive suite of financial products serving current and potential agent members. This role as a dynamic Product Manager will lead the strategy, growth, and profitability of our Farmers Insurance Solutions product suite. This is a business-driven role, focused on managing the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, market positioning, and enhancing value to our members and partners. This position requires a strong background in financial services, insurance-adjacent products, profitability analysis, and business strategy. The Product Manager (Farmers Insurance Solutions) plays a key role in shaping the product roadmap, pricing strategy, and revenue performance, ensuring that every solution we offer is market-competitive, financially sound, and member-focused.

POSITION SCOPE

  • Develop and manage an integrated product suite of Farmers Insurance Solutions products.
  • Direct responsibility for product P&L across both lending and deposit platforms.
  • Strategic accountability for agency-specific financial needs assessment and solution development.
  • Budget authority of approved budget allocations for product development, implementation, and support resources for Farmers Insurance Solutions products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full P&L for assigned Farmers Insurance Solutions products, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and refine product strategies based on market research, member needs, competitive analysis, and business goals.
  • Establish loan and deposit pricing matrices reflecting relationship depth and total product utilization.
  • Build and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, pricing strategies, and marketing support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend optimizations to maximize growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Develop proprietary agency performance benchmarks for lending and deposit solution optimization.
  • Lead internal working groups and cross-functional initiatives related to product innovation, expansion, or repositioning.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Farmers Insurance Solutions across internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Education, or FinEd, is a cornerstone of our financial inclusion strategic pillar. The FinEd team delivers a product portfolio designed for societal impact and client needs. The FinEd Product Manager guides development and implementation of digital product and operational solutions by determining technical requirements, managing the design and development process, and coordinating across a range of internal and external stakeholders. This role entails ownership and maintenance of each product roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, namely, Practical Money Skills, Practical Business Skills, Financial Football, Financial Soccer, and future solutions, etc.

The FinEd Technical PM will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from early-stage problem discovery and concept development to managing releases, QA and post-launch maintenance. They will guide the FinEd team on how best to prioritize product features relative to client and end-user needs and oversee technical project management for effectively collaborating with the Visa Tech team on product development. A strong technical background and excellent communication skills are essential for effectively synchronizing business and technical teams. The candidate will need to be comfortable toggling between strategy, project management and technical ideation with a proactive orientation to problem solving and bias for moving quickly to implementation in a start-up like environment.

This role reports to the Head of Financial Education.

Essential Functions
  • Deliver and manage high-quality product solutions that improve or enhance our current digital product offerings as well as internal operations and workflows
  • Maintain and improve existing products by monitoring usage and operational data, and incorporating feedback from regional and sales teams, clients and end-users
  • Develop and deliver upon product roadmaps, ensuring appropriate prioritization

Qualifications

The CoverMyMeds Financial Planning & Analysis team is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst to join our Product FP&A team. In this role, youll provide financial analysis to assist management in making decisions regarding strategic planning and profitability for CMMs Access products (including PA+, and HubExpress). This position will support Ad hoc reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long range planning, variance analysis, and other finance-related projects. Youll partner with network operations, analytics and pricing teams throughout the organization to provide financial reporting and ad hoc analysis. In addition, you will provide information to consolidations FP&A for segment reporting deliverables including monthly results and variance analysis.

We seek an inquisitive, high-integrity professional who enjoys problem-solving and partnering with cross-functional product teams to drive long-term growth for the segment.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities may change depending upon business needs, but you can expect the following:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Product-level planning and reporting activities, including reporting monthly results and completing monthly rolling forecasts, annual budget planning, and strategic long-range planning
  • Report key drivers of revenue for the Access portfolio, including organic growth, new sales, attrition/terminations, and price/volume impacts
  • Conduct variance analyses to understand differences between actual, forecasted, and budgeted results from large sets of data
  • Identify trends or issues requiring attention and communicate them effectively to appropriate stakeholders
  • QA, maintain, or develop forecast assumptions within forecasting system
  • Drive efficiencies in financial reporting through use of automated tools and full utilization of capabilities in new SAC financial planning system.
  • Work on special projects as requested.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Pricing team to maintain, evaluate, and interpret product profitability models to support customer pricing strategies
  • Partner with Network Operations to develop volume forecasts informed by marketing initiatives and contractual agreements
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with leaders across product, commercial, and other teams to ensure financial planning aligns with strategic business goals
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to manage dynamic forecasting processes and drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and methodology

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent (advanced degree is a plus) and 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or equivalent Finance roles, preferably in the healthcare industry, either healthcare IT, Pharmacy, and/or Pharma

  • Prepares and analyzes balance sheets and Profit and Loss (P&L) reports and validates postings and balances for a product aligned to a Line of Business (LOB) using knowledge of financial products, market risk profiles, and risk mitigation techniques and strategies
  • Supports the development of strategic and annual planning and implementation, performing profitability analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting for a product or general ledger account type
  • Oversees a set of product(s) or general ledger account(s) and maintains financial responsibility, including accountability for accuracy of financial reporting for Profit and Loss (P&L) activities
  • Partners closely with the front office, Operations, and Technology to define business finance processes and implement related technology solutions
  • Supports delivering, designing, maintaining, and enhancing Value at Risk Back-Testing (VBT) data and Management Information System (MIS) processes that may impact multiple product control businesses
  • Analyzes regulatory matters, such as the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Recovery and Resolutions Plans (RRP), to assess risk modeling practices within the bank

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of banking or financial industry experience, with a focus on product control or financial control
  • Strong balance sheet and general ledger knowledge is essential
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly in managing complex spreadsheets and financial data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, particularly during quarter-end periods when additional hours, including Saturdays, may be required
  • Inquisitive and proactive mindset; the candidate must be comfortable asking questions and working collaboratively with teams to resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams such as Capital Accounting Policy, Operations, and the Trading Desk

Work with third-party vendors and supplier Oracle to implement best-in-class solutions.

10% Financial & Budget Systems Support: Define and maintain roadmap for the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and support of finance and budget systems including Oracle Financials, Oracle Budgeting & Planning (EPBCS). Provide support to engineering teams for troubleshooting financial and budgetary data discrepancies. Ensure compliance with UC system-wide financial and budget policies and regulations. Identify opportunities to automate financial and budget processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize cost allocations.

10% Documentation & Reporting: Maintain product documentation, user guides, and business process workflows for financial and budget applications. Experience
Required Qualifications

  • Min 10 years of relevant experience, inclusive of at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role focused on financial and budget applications.

10% Financial & Budget Systems Support: Define and maintain roadmap for the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and support of finance and budget systems including Oracle Financials, Oracle Budgeting & Planning (EPBCS). Provide support to engineering teams for troubleshooting financial and budgetary data discrepancies. Ensure compliance with UC system-wide financial and budget policies and regulations. Identify opportunities to automate financial and budget processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize cost allocations.

10% Documentation & Reporting: Maintain product documentation, user guides, and business process workflows for financial and budget applications. Generate reports on system performance, adoption, and user feedback. Provide periodic updates to executive leadership on budget system enhancements and financial technology initiatives.

Experience

Required Qualifications

Min 10 years of relevant experience, inclusive of at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role focused on financial and budget applications.

Skills And Abilities

Required Qualifications

Experience providing product management support for finance management technology including cloud-based financial applications and financial/budget data integration.

Familiarity with financial audit requirements for enterprise systems.

Experience leading financial and budget system implementations, upgrades, and process automation projects.

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including finance, budget, IT, and executive leadership.

Knowledge of budgeting methodologies, financial forecasting, and cost allocation strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as product manager for solutions which include Oracle Financials (ERP, FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS).

Experience working in higher education or large enterprise environments.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma.

Familiarity with higher education budget processes, systemwide budget systems, and financial reporting frameworks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
