**Responsibilities:**
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- You will be responsible for writing specs for minor features and contributing meaningfully to specs for major features. This includes negotiating the implementation of current work, making the right trade-off decisions to launch products in a high-quality manner, and knowing when to escalate to managers.
- You will work with teams to make recommendations that deliver maximum value to end users as quickly as possible. This involves efficiently assessing the quality and readiness of a release.
- You will manage the product backlog and near-term roadmap, ensuring that it is properly refined, prioritized, and groomed. This includes full ownership of user stories, the refinement process, and ongoing collaboration and updates with stakeholders.
- You will formulate the right business questions to be asked and know how to track down data to inform decisions. This includes using low fidelity tools to outline a design approach and then working with teams to translate them into higher fidelity representations of the feature.
Product Knowledge sharing and Education:
- You will make regular contact with users of the product and use multiple sources to prioritize roadmap decisions.
- Client Onboarding: You will oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-acquainted with the product and its features.
- Education of End Users: You will provide training and educational resources to end users, helping them understand and effectively use the product.
Providing Hands-On Support at Pod/Group Level:
- You will provide guidance and support to junior staff, including colleagues at or below the POD group leveling.
**Experience Requirements:**
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of product experience
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- Possesses curiosity to ask the hard questions, explores new ideas, and continuously learns and researches to meet goals
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks
- Has an interest in constantly learning new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the team
- Experience working in an agile environment

**Education Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
Agile Certification (preferred but not required)

+ Link business strategy to financial reporting at various levels (from a discrete service to overall offerings) using KPIs, and goal setting
+ Understand and influence investment decisions through detailed financial analysis
+ Drive overall gross margin optimization efforts through deep analysis of the various business, financial and other operational drivers
+ Own all financial ROB activities (such as planning and budgeting cycles) in line with corporate and business requirements
+ Participate and contribute to broader Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure capacity investments are made at the right place, right time, and are the right size

**Responsibilities**

+ Bachelor's degree with 8+ years finance experience. MBA a plus.
+ Knowledge of Cloud Technology and Infrastructure and/or experience supporting engineering preferred but not required
+ Excellent communicator that can work across disciplines (engineering, finance, supply chain, operations, etc.) and various levels of the organization
+ Results oriented with the ability to translate ideas into operational plans and follow through
+ Track record of using data insights to help drive decision-making
+ Strong partnering capabilities with the ability to influence others without direct authority

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $84,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
