**Overview** - This is a newly created role that will be part of our Client Growth Office.
The Transformation Executive is a strategic door opener who can present NTT Data's holistic capabilities in a differentiated fashion. They are a storyteller who is expected to build credibility with client C-Suite and become a trusted advisor that helps shape the customer's technology strategy. The Transformation Executive has a proven background in transformational sales and an understanding of technological capabilities. This person could have been an Architect or even ex-CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs who have led a successful transformation of their organizations.
**This is not a typical sales** role **_but more of a business development role opening the doors for NTT to bring in solutions._** We want to help clients with solutions that will help them move forward in their industry proactively versus reactively. Someone that has experience has past experience working with solutioning like an Architect then moved into being part of the business development team responsible for solutioning ideas with key executives is an ideal candidate.
**Key qualifications:**
+ Proven **experience closing Mega Deals** _exceeding $40 million+_ **.** These could be multiple-year deals.

The Transformation Executive will gain a broad understanding of NTT Data's offerings and possess an understanding of at least one of our key business verticals. Will work with key clients and partner with the broader NTT DATA team to create an account growth strategy, build a pipeline of transformational opportunities, and create compelling points of view on trends and art of the possible outcomes. **Responsibilities**
+ Earn the trust of customer C-Suite decision makers through a deep understanding of technology-driven business transformations.
+ Create and present Points of View on emerging technology trends (e.g. AI strategies, hybrid cloud solutions, digital experience transformation, etc.)
+ Craft outside-in value propositions that connect client business needs with technological trends.
+ Co-author account growth strategies along with matrixed sales teams. Manage both sides of the relationship as a trusted advisor.
+ Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer's current needs and challenges.
+ Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organization with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure that solutions align with the customer's business goals and requirements.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

The Opportunity

The Data Scientist Lead will work closely with the Data Science Director to ensure that AI/ML modeling solutions are successfully developed and implemented. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Knowledge of Nationwide's suite of financial products. Excellent verbal and written communications skills to manage relationships with internal and external customers. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills. Ability to research, analyze, and solve problems, leveraging existing and innovative methodologies. Ability to understand, anticipate, and proactively act on customer needs. Proven decision-making skills necessary for customer contacts. Ability to multi-task, manage work independently, and establish priorities that conform to time, service, and quality standards. Strong team-building and collaboration skills.

  • Interprets plan provisions, product rules and guidelines to process requests in accordance with Plan and Legal requirements.
  • Provides extraordinary care to our customers through workflow management and meeting all required service level agreements. Proactively seeks out opportunities to improve processes and the members experience through use of lean methodology.
  • Follows up with appropriate internal administrative areas for completeness and accuracy of the end policy/account product.
  • Researches, reviews and analyzes errors and determines best course of action for a workable solution. Takes ownership of identifying and evaluating problems and analyzing customer inquiries to determine appropriate action.
  • Conducts follow up calls to service issues and questions, de-escalating complex customer requests and providing outstanding care during resolution. Includes understanding topics that require insurance or securities license and registration and when and how to route those inquiries to the properly-registered representative.
  • Reviews and approves requests for withdrawal, exchanges, deposits, annuity purchases and contract cash-outs. Requests additional information when necessary.
  • Compiles management information such as contract and sold case activity as needed by internal management.
  • Communicates with customers, sales force, other departments, regional and/or field offices and other industry companies on topics that do not require insurance or securities licensing and registration. Collaborates and networks with outside business units to create innovative solutions for internal and external customers. Maintains appropriate records.Approves and processes business according to government regulations, contract provisions and internal procedures and controls.
