The Black Tie Society of Washington, D.C. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to mentoring, elevating, and empowering underserved communities through strategic programming, civic engagement, cultural events, and economic opportunity. 1. Operations Manager

Help us stay organized and efficient. Oversee daily logistics, coordinate departments, and support event implementation from concept to execution.

2. Marketing & Communications Manager

Lead branding, social media, email outreach, flyers, digital campaigns, and storytelling. Help shape the public face of our movement.

3. Fundraising & Development Coordinator

Help identify grant opportunities, write proposals, build donor relationships, and lead fundraising campaigns and sponsorship outreach.

4. Volunteer Coordinator

5. Finance & Budget Analyst
