Role Description
This is a contracted role for a Visual Artist interested in "performing" at events. The location and hours will change with each event that comes in. The Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality artwork for party guest at events. We have opportunities in the styles of caricature, fashion illustration, silhouettes, fine art painting and more. Artists will focus on speed, style, and entertainment. Seeking both experienced artists and those interested in developing their skills in these trades. Professional pay and travel expenses will be offered. Artist will act as subcontracted, NEC, non-employee, and be responsible for paying for their own taxes, insurance, transportation and art supplies. The artist will work closely with the agency, ensuring they can perform at a professional level to align with our high standards.
Qualifications
Skills in Illustration, Graphic Design, and Fine Art
Experience in Visual Arts and producing high-quality artworks quickly
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent communication and people skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related experience
Have own vehicle and art supplies
Event or service/venue experience a plus
Duties
- Create artwork live at events at high speeds
