The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.
Essential Functions:

- Insures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
- Demonstrates product to customers.
- Replenishes product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines.

- Assists with "Seasonal" floor merchandise moves.
- Restocks merchandise as required.
- Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.

- Identifying and evaluating customers' needs,
- Making product recommendations based off of this analysis,
- Promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

- Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.

**Requirements**
+ Proven experience of 2½ - 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
+ Proficiency in mathematics, basic physics, and chemistry, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients
+ Unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection, adhering to Weatherford's policies and industry best practices
**Education**
A High School Diploma is required for this role. Candidates with a Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School are preferred.

**Compensation**
Weatherford offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for career growth and advancement. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Expected pay range $63,000-$96,000 DOE + other compensation afforded to this role.

Job Description
As a Fishing Tool Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of fishing and intervention tools. You'll be responsible for installation, repairs, and routine servicing, both in the shop and on-site. Additionally, you'll contribute to business growth by promoting Weatherford's products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and maintain fishing equipment in the shop and field
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on company-owned and rental equipment
+ Assist in testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment for optimal performance
+ Provide on-site services as needed
**Requirements:**
+ Experience in fishing, intervention, workover, drilling, and rig operations
+ High school diploma or equivalent, with general knowledge of oilfield products
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment repairs
+ Valid driver's license
+ Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
+ Self-driven with strong communication skills; able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
