Job Description
Bowhead seeks a TREX (Training/Exercise) Specialist to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) in Albuquerque, NM.
**Responsibilities**
-Provides Instructor/Operator (I/O) services to develop training products, documents, requirements, strategies, training materials, and provide instruction in support of SIGINT/EW and provide operational support.
-Provides I/O services to develop and update Tactical through Strategic Intelligence Systems/Capabilities training products/classes/documents and present training to units regarding current and future capabilities.
-Provides support to operational tests, training product support using the Training Development Capability (TDC) database, and daily operational IT support.
-Provides training that includes GPS 101 and NAVWAR 101 to internal and external customers
-Supports customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- BA/BS in business, strategy, engineering, intelligence, computer science, information technology, or another related field
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in test and evaluation engineering
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
Physical Demands:

+ Exercise Development & Facilitation:
+ Assist in planning, facilitating, and evaluating Incident Readiness-led tabletop and simulation exercises.

+ Lead and manage up to four communication channels simultaneously via various high- and low-tech mediums during exercises.

+ Documentation & Recordkeeping:
+ Regularly update documents related to training and exercises.
+ Ensure the action item list used in preparing for each exercise is up-to-date with the latest status of each task and next step.
+ Document and consolidate all resulting action items from each exercise and assist with transferring ownership to the appropriate teams.
+ Create and/or improve the set of document templates used by the Incident Readiness team in planning, conducting, and evaluating tabletop and simulation exercises.
+ Conduct other recordkeeping or document maintenance tasks as needed.
+ Data Analysis & Improvement:
+ Build dashboards and other visualizations within existing toolsets to make it easier for all stakeholders to interpret exercise results.
+ Build new processes or improve the traceability and clarity of processes used within the Incident Readiness program.
+ Perform post-mortem analysis of incidents and exercises to identify root causes and implement improvements.
+ Communication:
+ Communicate announcements and results from exercises.
+ Provide clear and actionable insights from exercises and incidents to stakeholders.
+ Communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.
+ Other:
+ Apply clients policies, procedures, standards, and code of conduct throughout, including taking personal responsibility for the safety of self and others during testing.

Required Education and Experience:

We're looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution at our studio.
The people we're looking for:

- Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts
- Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
- Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
- Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form
- Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
- Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes
- Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment.
- Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
- 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
- Plenty of hours on offer must be available on weekends
- Character, care, and communication skills
- Energetic and attentive
- Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
- Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
- Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
- Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Must be group training certified

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Professional Fitness Trainer provides evaluation of client status and delivers safe and professional exercise routines that are client-based, to help clients achieve fitness goals. They are responsible for achieving personal revenue goals each month while providing the best customer service and hospitality to all members and guests.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
* Must meet minimum private training sales and sessions per month and maintain positive client retention.
* Provide new member fitness consultations and evaluations.
* Develop individual exercise programs based upon client's abilities, health, and goals.
* Be on time for all scheduled appointments.
* Maintain accurate, current records on all client exercise programs and progress.
* Keep track of each client's training sessions and fee payments
* Enforce all fitness center and club policies.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and marketing of innovative private and group PFT programs.
* Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the fitness center.
* Accurately record each day work, the actual time worked and client sessions in the appropriate tracking system.
* Active participation in meetings and training programs. Attend club sponsored developmental or educational seminars and programs.
* If applicable, maintain at least one 20/20 Lifestyles client.
* Maintain valid trainer and CPR/AED certifications.
Corporate Goals & Objectives
* Promote the company's safety goals and actively work towards ensuring a safe working environment.
* Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Actively further corporate objectives and continuously support improvement and positive change.
* Make professional development a consistent priority.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* ACSM-HFS, NSCA-CSCS, ACE-PT, NASM or acceptable national certification is required.
* 4-year degree in Exercise Science or related studies required (PRO Club candidates only)
* Acceptance into 20/20 Lifestyles certification program required, and successful completion of program required within first year of position (PRO Club candidates only)
* Current CPR & First Aid Certification required (Red Cross or American Heart Association)
* 1-2 years of experience in a health club environment preferred.
* Experience in marketing and promotions preferred.
* Nutritional education preferred.
