Summary Objective
The Digital Services Logistician is responsible for directing and coordinating Stellar Energy field team logistics personnel and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of the service teams' resources. Also, this role is responsible to support the overall field activities, providing mission critical tracking and organization of all field resources/materials in support of field personnel. Working as a team with the operations headquarters element/procurement team to transition resources from 3rd party vendors and manufacturing facilities to the field seamlessly. This role will seek to organize all field assets with the coordination of field team leaders to ensure projects arrive on scope from an operational, transportation, and logistical perspective.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Preparing bills and invoices
- Managing distribution and shipment budgets
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in cloud-native application delivery, AWS, networking, and infrastructure automation.
- Expert-level knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD automation, secure coding, and IaC using Terraform.
- Real-world experience resolving critical outages and leading root cause analysis efforts.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (CloudWatch, IAM, OpenSearch), container orchestration (EKS), and security tools (e.g., Aqua, DLP).
- Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, PowerShell, etc.).

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Digital Services Technical Sales Director in Seattle, WA. or Denver, CO. who will be responsible for planning, developing and managing competitive sales campaigns both nationally and internationally. This position will be instrumental to proactively executing sales and partnering with customer success for delivery activities to customers within the assigned region. This individual will be working within the new Digital Services organization within Cabin Modifications & Maintenance and focusing on activities related to products such as AHM, Toolbox and Onboard Performance Tools.
**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Drives sales and campaign activities to successful completion by integrating multiple aspects of the customers' needs in a consultative manner. Crafts campaign specific strategies, secures and manages resources and secures management commitment to ensure successful execution.
+ Initiates, maintains and advances customer relationships in partnership with the regional Account Directors and works to be accepted as a trusted business partner by the customer.
+ Develops customer solutions by coordinating and integrating with internal and external processes and organizations to provide a competitive advantage and to foster business growth while meeting targeted business margins.
+ Develop strong relationships within Boeing to partner, engage, pursue, and win new business with new and existing customers. Identifies future business opportunities and promotes the value of Boeing portfolio and partnership.
+ Leads preparation of proposals by developing themes and discriminators and ensures correct members and resources are included in the team. Recommends alternative means of compliance to customer requests.
+ Leads negotiations and finalizes commitments, ensuring mutual benefit to the customer and Boeing by interfacing directly with customer decision-makers and influencers. Leverages detailed understanding of both customer and Boeing needs and resources to find areas of alignment and integration. Obtains commitment within parameters approved by management.
+ Leverages company resources by building and leading a capture team to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantage and foster business growth by using a comprehensive understanding (breadth and depth) of multiple Digital and Boeing products and services, process and operations and resources.
+ Leads the approval process by advocating the customer requirements and selling the business case to management to ensure quality deal. Balances the enterprise, business unit and customer goals to meet and drive Long Range Business Plan (LRBP).
+ Acts as a mentor to colleagues regarding capturing and documenting detailed customer knowledge and assists in network development. (applicable to Senior Level only)
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Experience in the civil aviation
+ Ability to influence prospects and drive sales results
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience with Sales & Marketing
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience managing competitive domestic or international sales campaigns
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher
+ Competent in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com

We seek a talented individual to join our marketing & digital services department.
The primary job function will be to set up integrated direct to digital marketing campaigns for clients from within our internal client-side marketing platform. This includes setting up and managing client campaigns, designing web banner ads and social media ads, setting up call and QR code tracking, helping to implement campaign tracking codes and more. You will not be required to manage ad campaign delivery strategy.
In addition, the candidate will at times work on general marketing department functions including webpage updates, web banner ad design, landing pages, web-to-print portal administration, internal marketing collateral, email marketing, social media, website blogs, and general marketing department tasks.
Preferred candidates will have a mix of marketing experience, graphic design, and some web design. Working knowledge of modern responsive front-end web design with coding skills using HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress will be extremely helpful. Must work well individually as well as within a creative team in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, be quality-driven and pay close attention to detail and deadlines.
Critical Skills:
• The ability to manage multiple marketing projects in various stages of development and ensure critical campaign deadlines are achieved.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Graphic and web design skills including a general knowledge of Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design principles is helpful.
• Ability to edit WordPress sites helpful.
