Job Purpose :

Fixed Income Algo Technology team in North America supports Citi’s Internal Market Making, Algorithmic Trading, and internal matching for the Spread Product algo trading business. We’re seeking to hire an experienced software engineer to advance the suite of algo trading platform creating a best in class, next generation product for our clients’ franchise.

Overview

Our Trading System is available on a 24-hour basis, supporting Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives trading in all global markets. The Senior Systems Analyst will contribute to all aspects of the definition, implementation, and support of the Trading Applications. This position requires a high level of direct interaction with traders, trade administrators, and portfolio managers as well as excellent communication skills and strong trading domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Fixed Income trading business to define and document the requirements for the fixed income trading system
• Take ownership for the delivery of functionality
• Identify specific industry initiatives that require product changes and new product development. This extends from improving the existing products to developing next generation products.
• You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and an ability to work with various internal teams to execute on that vision
• Collaborate with software developers, database architects, vendors, and other IT and business teams to analyze and determine functional specifications and UI design for new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Develop deep knowledge and expertise in the firm's specific trading workflows
• Work with traders to prioritize needs and ensure communication to keep them apprised of progress
• Facilitate resolution of production issues by working with appropriate teams to research problems, track progress and determine and document solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years BA or systems analysis experience in trading or portfolio management
• Demonstrated experience in project management and business analysis for medium to large initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income trading practices and market
• Experience with Charles River, Latent Zero, Longview is a plus
• Experience with Tradeweb, Market Axess, Flextrade, TSOX is a plus
• Strong knowledge of order management systems (OMS), Financial Information eXchange protocol (FIX), electronic trading practices and markets
• Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast paced team environment

• Experience in a systems role supporting investment professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Oracle/SQL, PL/SQL, VBA, or Java considered a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
• A CFA or demonstrated progress toward a CFA would be considered a plus

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President to join our Agency Lending team within the Securities Finance division. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in securities lending, a strong understanding of global financial markets, and a proven ability to drive business growth while managing risk. What you will be responsible for

As Securities Finance, Agency Lending Trading, Vice President you will:

• Lead and manage the agency lending program, including oversight of lending strategies, collateral management, and client servicing.
• Meet revenue targets and achieve optimal return to lendable assets for clients while managing within appropriate risk limits
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions of our lending program
• Proactively engage with subject matter experts to glean business and market knowledge
• Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, and counterparties.
• Evaluate collateral options in terms of both value and risk, and provide cash liquidity where applicable
• Innovate and explore ways to improve current systems and processes
• Collaborate with trading, operations, legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure seamless execution

The Fixed Income (FI) Electronic Trading Technology team is seeking a highly motivated NAM Lead with a proven track record of delivering high quality software and trading applications across the Rates and Spread Products businesses.
This team is part of the FI Electronic Trading Technology team and is responsible for strategic electronic trading components; partnering and supporting asset-class specific eTrading teams (LATAM, Credit, G10 Linear) to build and roll them out to production.
