The Role

POSITION SUMMARY
Elektrofi is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Manufacturing Technician who will be responsible for operating lab and pilot plant scale unit operations at Elektrofi. This role reports to the Associate Director, Manufacturing Sciences & Technology and will support the manufacturing of biologically active microparticle suspensions. This individual will join a growing, multidisciplinary team of scientists/engineers to contribute to a variety of manufacturing activities in a highly collaborative environment.
This role supports technology transfer efforts to introduce new drug substances into the pilot plant for manufacturing. The Manufacturing Technician will assist in executing robust processes for monoclonal antibody drug substance and drug product manufacturing to support IND-enabling studies. This includes supporting pilot-scale operations at the Elektrofi site and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in process optimization and digital manufacturing, aligned with the company's IT strategic roadmap. This technician will work cross-functionally, serving as a key link between the MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Process Development, and Analytical Development teams. Responsibilities include coordinating material requests, handling, and transportation for pilot-scale and laboratory manufacturing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will contribute to discussions around safety, quality, delivery, cost, engagement, and drive operational excellence through performance monitoring and process improvement. Success in this role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute pilot-scale manufacturing processes for IND-enabling studies in accordance with cGxP requirements and company SOPs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and/or Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP).
- Experience supporting aseptic or bulk manufacturing processes for biologics strongly preferred.

- Comfortable performing basic calculations required for solution prep, buffer/media calculations, and process documentation.

The Senior 3D Designer is involved from initial concept development to final production, helping create exhibition environments that are immersive and hands-on. The ideal candidate will be able to envision environments in which spaces, exhibits, and people interact. The ideal candidate will also have a knack for getting his/her hands dirty, enjoy constant learning, and be able to offer a unique perspective across many areas of exhibition design, from science museums to art museums, healthcare, and outdoor installations in public spaces. This position calls for both an understanding of the 3D and 2D aspects of an environment, from landscape or architectural work to fixtures, furniture, and graphic design, and an ability to move between them. The Supply Chain Fulfillment team is responsible for the Inventory, Build, Test and Ship for 100% of IBM Z Brand Systems sold worldwide. Additionally, we produce and ship 100% of all Used and Certified Pre-Owned appliances, Storage, Power, and Z products. We also have a Services team that aids as required for unique ongoing and one-time hardware builds for internal research/development teams and external customers.
Our number one goal is to delight our customers! We do this via strong working relationships and extensive teamwork and communication across multiple engineering, development, supply chain and sales organizations. Our operations are spread out across Buildings 052, 006, 007 and 004.
**Your role and responsibilities**
This role is responsible for performing tasks according to established build and integration procedures,
without supervision (following training and/or certification). A high level of independent judgment and
proficiency is required. People in this role need to possess a broad range of technical expertise and
knowledge as well as an understanding of interdepartmental activities impacting complex integration
workflow. This person possesses an in-depth understanding of IBM and OEM IT hardware to successfully
integrate and build the systems and components and repair.The employee uses judgment in
choosing the task/routine.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* At least 2-year MFG experience, good knowledge and understanding in power and mainframe HW .
* Good knowledge and understanding of MFG processes, logistics, Inventory Control and high-quality deliverables.
* Strong communication, Solid innovation and agile foundations, experience in organizational and administration skills, and easy to work with.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance workload to meet commitments within defined schedules.
* Detail oriented and client focused.
* Flexible, Able to work in changing conditions to meet target deliverables and and ship dates.

Position Summary
The Area Manager for Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Area Manager engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members. The Area Manager travels to the various clinics on a regular basis and is available during business hours (including night/weekends/holidays/on-call rotation). In this role, you will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development. You will also maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Master's degree preferred
Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
