Project Flow & Traffic Management
- Manage and monitor the flow of design projects through Workfront and Esko WebCenter, ensuring accurate task setup, file tracking, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate between designers, project managers, and production partners to ensure clarity on project timelines, dependencies, and requirements.
- Serve as the central communication hub for designersfielding questions, providing updates, and managing file routing to downstream partners.
Scheduling & Prioritization
- Collaborate with design managers to plan and balance designer workloads, flag potential risks, and help prioritize critical deliverables.
- Track project milestones and anticipate when delays or reassignments might impact downstream components (e.g., pack-out dates, print timelines).
- Maintain an active view of EWC status dashboards and project timelines, ensuring all design elements are moving through the approval pipeline efficiently.
Communication & Risk Reporting
- Develop and share regular status updates, including weekly reports to leadership and bi-weekly syncs with design managers.
- Identify and escalate red flags across projects early, working cross-functionally to clear roadblocks.
- Collaborate with Production and PM partners to align on launch timelines, deliverable dependencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with design managers and the Continuous Improvement PM on ways to improve routing, traffic flow, and file delivery.
- Contribute to PLM implementation efforts as they impact the design lifecycle, with an eye toward building efficient, scalable systems.
- 57 years of experience supporting or managing design workflows, ideally in packaging, marketing asset development, or trading card game (TCG) /game industries.
- Strong background in project coordination or traffic management within creative/design or agency environments.
- Familiarity with project management systems (Workfront required), and design review software (Esko WebCenter or equivalent).
- Experience managing deliverables for cross-functional creative teams, including design, production, and marketing.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across varied teams and personalities.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (but not a design role).

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our Resilience Water team in Middletown, CT to support our growing portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design and construction projects. In this role, you will lead and support accounts and project teams to deliver water and wastewater conveyance/treatment design & construction engineering projects. You will be a critical member of our team and be expected to support the proven reputation of excellence in Client Management/Development along with executing and managing projects.
Role accountabilities:
This role supports projects and clients in the planning, preliminary and final design, and construction of water/wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, pump/lift stations, drainage improvements, as well as creating construction documents, specifications, and providing engineering services during construction.
Leadership: Function as an account lead and project manager as part of a delivery team. This will entail ensuring technical leadership and quality control is in place for diverse, multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout all phases of a project.
Client Liaison: Functioning as the primary interface between the client staff and the consultant team. You will engage with the client regularly from a position of familiarity with the consultant teams advances and actively participate in knowledge sharing, brainstorming, and work planning with client staff. Part of this responsibility will be to manage existing and an expanding base of clients by meeting or exceeding their expectations, by delivering quality work, and through active communication.
Project Management: Function as the project manager in establishing meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives; assigning and monitoring of tasks; and ensuring adequate resources to deliver the work. The ideal candidate must be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, as well as providing technical expertise and experience on other related projects. You will lead detailed engineering calculations and analysis as well as prepare cost estimates, project documentation and ensure design tasks are within budget and on schedule
Miscellaneous: Mentor junior-level technical staff and travel as needed for client meetings, project site visits, etc. (25%)
Key Skills and Attributes:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills including experience managing project delivery, prioritizing tasks, coordinating with design disciplines, and overseeing project budgets and schedules. They should have a solid background in the design and construction of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, collection systems, and pump stations, with a focus on expansion, rehabilitation, and retrofits. Flexibility to collaborate with various project teams locally and across remote offices is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in developing project drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Strong client-facing skills are also required including the ability to prepare and develop proposals, manage client expectations, and foster positive client relationships.

About The Job
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of various projects, starting from assistance with pre-construction and estimating services through closeout documentation. As a member of our management staff, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating with all members of our team in delivery of projects you are responsible for. This position is dynamic and would involve managing internal support staff, subcontractor and vendor teams, in addition to leading the day-to-day communication with the Owner and Architect. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manages multiple projects from early stages through completion.
- Manage time effectively, multi-task and prioritize in order to meet goals and deadlines.
- Build and manage project schedule to ensure timely completion of projects and setting expectations with subcontractors and field teams.
- Review projects in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with construction documents.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Manage tools, materials and equipment and track as needed.
- Meet contractual obligations in terms of performance.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.

- Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent degree (required)
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience working in the construction industry
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Experience with critical path scheduling
- AutoCAD experience highly desirable
- Experience in working with multiple discipline projects
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction code, laws, regulations and standard
- Knowledge in construction management principles, practices and methods, project management methods, workplace safety and budgeting
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Reading and understanding building plans, contracts, regulations and specs (preferred)

- 3-5 years experience in Software Implementation
- 1-2 years of software implementation project management experience is preferred
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing environment, including experience with an HRIS system is preferred

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our Resilience Water team in Middletown, CT to support our growing portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design and construction projects. In this role, you will lead and support accounts and project teams to deliver water andwastewater conveyance/treatment design & construction engineering projects. You will be a critical member of our team and be expected to support the proven reputation of excellence in Client Management/Development along with executing and managing projects.
Role accountabilities:
This role supports projects and clients in the planning, preliminary and final design, and construction of water/wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, pump/lift stations, drainage improvements, as well as creating construction documents, specifications, and providing engineering services during construction.
Leadership: Function as an account lead and project manager as part of a delivery team. This will entail ensuring technical leadership and quality control is in place for diverse, multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout all phases of a project.
Client Liaison: Functioning as the primary interface between the client staff and the consultant team. You will engage with the client regularly from a position of familiarity with the consultant teams advances and actively participate in knowledge sharing, brainstorming, and work planning with client staff. Part of this responsibility will be to manage existing and an expanding base of clients by meeting or exceeding their expectations, by delivering quality work, and through active communication.
Project Management: Function as the project manager in establishing meeting project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives; assigning and monitoring of tasks; and ensuring adequate resources to deliver the work. The ideal candidate must be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, as well as providing technical expertise and experience on other related projects. You will lead detailed engineering calculations and analysis as well as prepare cost estimates, project documentation and ensure design tasks are within budget and on schedule
Miscellaneous: Mentor junior-level technical staff and travel as needed for client meetings, project site visits, etc. (25%)
Key Skills and Attributes:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills including experience managing project delivery, prioritizing tasks, coordinating with design disciplines, and overseeing project budgets and schedules. They should have a solid background in the design and construction of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities, collection systems, and pump stations, with a focus on expansion, rehabilitation, and retrofits. Flexibility to collaborate with various project teams locally and across remote offices is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in developing project drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Strong client-facing skills are also required including the ability to prepare and develop proposals, manage client expectations, and foster positive client relationships.

- Professional Engineering Licensure in Massachusetts and/or in other nearby states
