A Brief Overview
Accountable for the proficient operations of the radiographic and CT equipment to provide clinically diagnostic images as directed by physicians.
What You Will Do
- Performs various radiology procedures accurately, efficiently and according to established standards and protocols.
- Initiates proper intervention to radiologist or referring practitioner when an exam indicates immediate attention.
- Reviews appropriate indications for exams ordered and reports inappropriate indications to supervisor.
- Provides exam data in a complete and accurate format for presentation to reading radiologist for interpretation.
- Utilizes computer systems such as PACS, RIS, HIS EMR systems and performs general clerical duties.
- Archives image data for permanent storage and appropriately sends images to radiologist group. Retrieves stored images form PACS or disc back-up and make CDs successfully.
- Demonstrates an understanding of medical and legal implications and responsibilities related to the imagine reports and images to protect the patient and the organization.
- Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, and environment and infection control.
- Assists/mentors staff/student with on the job training, clinical rotations and orientation.
- Assists with analysis, collection and maintenance of records as required by department manager, Quality Improvement, Joint Commission, MDH, ACR standards, OSHA guidelines or as may be required by the facility or law.

UFP Transportation is hiring a full-time, motivated, and dependable Class A CDL driver with a clean driver record for our Flex Driver Position based in Fort Wayne IN. You will play a key role in keeping UFP's commitment to exceeding customer expectations delivering cargo safely and efficiently.
The Flex Driver Position will help us keep our commitments to customers by filling in for vacations, open positions or just cover plants with high volumes during peak times. This driver must be willing to drive their personal car up to 150 to 200 miles to the plant that we are needing help covering. In rare occurrences, the flex driver might have to fly to a further location. Driver will be reimbursed mileage based on Federal Government requirements. Flex driver will be told of tentative plan Thursday afternoon the week before (subject to change if issues arrive). If placed in a day cab UFP Transportation will book hotels on behalf of the driver. Our Flex drivers are to be held to our highest standard of drivers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Fill in for vacations or open positions at different plants. Leave out Sunday night to have fresh hours for Monday. Expected to be done Friday at a decent time to be able to travel back home for the 34 hour reset.
• Train New Hires in all systems. Also retrain current drivers when needed.
• Operate commercial vehicles up to 80,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight.
• Equipment pulled mainly Flatbed, Drop Deck, Conestoga. With some Dry Van Work.
• Complete required driving log on highly developed ELD system
• Completes pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all equipment
• Secure loads and/or inspect loads to ensure proper securement (including tarping)
• Performs duties consistent with all applicable safety, DOT, and Company rules and regulations
• Maintains appropriate driving records, logs, and shipping documents as required
• Verifies shipping documents for accuracy, and obtains customer's signature on paperwork upon delivery
• Completes training as required by management

A Brief Overview
Accountable for the proficient operations of the radiographic and CT equipment to provide clinically diagnostic images as directed by physicians.
What you will do
-
Performs various radiology procedures accurately, efficiently and according to established standards and protocols.

Initiates proper intervention to radiologist or referring practitioner when an exam indicates immediate attention.

Reviews appropriate indications for exams ordered and reports inappropriate indications to supervisor.

Provides exam data in a complete and accurate format for presentation to reading radiologist for interpretation.

Utilizes computer systems such as PACS, RIS, HIS EMR systems and performs general clerical duties.

Archives image data for permanent storage and appropriately sends images to radiologist group. Retrieves stored images form PACS or disc back-up and make CDs successfully.

Demonstrates an understanding of medical and legal implications and responsibilities related to the imagine reports and images to protect the patient and the organization.

Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, and environment and infection control.

Assists/mentors staff/student with on the job training, clinical rotations and orientation.
