Schedule Manager
KBR has an immediate opening for a Schedule Manager in El Segundo, CA.
The SM is the technical expert with intimate familiarity with MS Project and substantial experience creating and manipulating Integrated Master Schedules ("IMS") and other planning products, such as acquisition and integration roadmaps. The SM has daily responsibility for creating, updating, analyzing, and using these planning products to provide insight to senior government personnel. The SM will incorporate, update, and analyze tasks, dependencies, milestones, CDRLs, giver/receiver, resources, and other planning attributes. The SM will react to dynamic changes in the timelines of program elements while updating and assessing risk accordingly. The SM uses KBR tools to digitally ingest monthly updated schedule information from program offices. The SM uses tools and scheduler knowledge to make trend analyses and perform schedule risk assessments. The SM will provide data to drive communications to program staff making them aware of upcoming milestones and deliverables to facilitate successful planning.
This person will be supporting the Space Systems Center's Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO), for which the KBR team will provide integration planning across the nation security space community, ensuring the US Space Force and its mission partners are able to acquire and field space systems that work together and within the Government's planned and existing architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
+ As the large-program schedule and MS Project technical expert in the program team, maintain and use the Integrated Master Schedule as described in the Position Summary.
+ Perform technical manipulation of the IMS in MS Project and inter-operation with LinQuest IMS analysis tools so that the IMS efficiently and effectively supports program execution on schedule
+ Perform trend analyses and schedule risk assessments
+ Provide critical path analysis

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 10+ years' demonstrated experience with IMS schedule management in MS Project in multi-company programs (i.e., prime contractor with subcontractors) in the space or ground systems sector
+ 10+ years' hands-on technical experience with MS Project to perform all aspects of schedule management including critical path assessment, trending, and schedule risk analysis
+ Ability to effectively operate within a multidisciplinary team i.e. multi-task, identify, and resolve unexpected issues/barriers, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
+ Knowledgeable in satellite systems, ground-based mission systems or mission operations will be helpful
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Must have an active Top Secret clearance with in-scope SSBI/T5 and have SCI eligibility.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $140,000 to $170,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:

Position Overview:
- Develop early-stage schedule estimates and estimate ranges for major capital infrastructure projects

Make copies for office as needed.
Process initial orders for DME equipment for clients (ex. pulse oximetry, oxygen, etc.) and keep a log of completed orders.
Track initial supplies going to clients and case managers.
Track and clean returned equipment coming from clients and case managers.
Answer phones, fax documents, make copies and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Participate in community outreach activities as assigned by the Community Outreach Vice President (if applicable) Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, Regional Director of Clinical Operations, Nurse Administrator, Community Outreach Vice President and Human Resources Vice President
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Entry level candidates will be considered, however a minimum of one (1) or more years of clerical and/or medical office experience preferred.
Moderate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Maintains confidentiality
Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
