**Key Responsibilities:**
**Leadership & Team Oversight**
+ Serve as the senior cabin crew member across the fleet, mentoring and onboarding new corporate flight attendants.
+ Develop and implement service protocols, SOPs, and training materials for cabin service consistency.

+ Coordinate with flight department leadership to align service delivery with ownership expectations.
**Executive Service & Guest Experience**
+ Deliver a refined, anticipatory level of service consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
+ Maintain passenger confidentiality, discretion, and privacy at all times.
+ Provide curated culinary options, beverage service, fine wines, and specialty items.
+ Personalize each flight based on guest profiles, dietary needs, and travel preferences.
+ Manage last-minute changes with grace and agility.
**Flight Preparation & Cabin Presentation**
+ Coordinate closely with the flight crew and trip support teams to ensure all aspects of the flight are aligned with passenger expectations.
+ Prepare and manage in-flight meals tailored to client preferences and executed to the highest culinary standards.
+ Ensure the cabin is meticulously staged pre-flight.
+ Maintain, track, and refresh onboard inventory, including luxury linens, tableware, and toiletries.
**Safety & Compliance**
+ Conduct comprehensive pre-flight safety checks in accordance with aviation regulations and company protocols.
+ Deliver pre-flight safety briefings and manage in-flight safety procedures with discretion and professionalism.
+ Remain prepared to respond to medical or emergency situations with calm authority and competence.
**Post-Flight Duties**
+ Oversee full cabin reset and provisioning for subsequent flights.
+ Submit detailed post-flight service reports and passenger feedback (if requested).
+ Manage galley and cabin restocking, liaising with vendors and provisioning services as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant aboard private jets (Part 91 and/or Part 135).
+ Certification from a recognized corporate flight attendant training program (e.g., FlightSafety, FACTS, Aircare).
+ Current CPR, AED, and first aid certification (EMT or advanced medical training preferred).
+ Proven ability to deliver white-glove service in luxury or VIP environments (private aviation or five-star hospitality).
+ Polished, professional appearance with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Strong understanding of international customs, global etiquette, and cultural sensitivity.
+ Valid passport with ability to travel internationally.
+ Flexible and adaptable with the ability to operate autonomously under pressure.
**Working Environment:**
+ Variable schedule and short-notice assignments.

+ Sit in a jump seat and fasten the harness without modifications or extenders
+ Navigate throughout the cabin aisle, and operate emergency exits
+ Must possess a valid U.S. or foreign passport with applicable visas, with all documentation valid through at least December 31, 2026. Candidates holding a foreign passport must also have all necessary and valid documentation to legally work and travel as a Flight Attendant within the U.S. and internationally (e.g., work authorization, visas, permanent resident card, etc.). What you'll do:
- Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members.
- Apply developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. Also, maintain respective trailing documents for all states.
- Identify, assess and understand member needs and consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services. Provide detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing transfers, escalations and call backs.
- Efficiently operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems/programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that occurs across multiple channels.

Our Licensed Insurance Customer Service role may be a new career for you. There’s a lot to learn, but the journey is mapped out and USAA is willing to invest in you! Our comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program includes all training materials, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and the instructor led guidance will help you to support our membership independently. We also pay for all licensing costs! We have new training classes starting every month.
Our in-office development program provides you the training you need on USAA products and the encouragement to create a proactive and independent support style to service our membership. After six months in-office, you’ll have the opportunity to work offsite 2 days a week. The actual onsite days are settled between each employee and their manager. Work schedules will vary and may include some weekends. Military veterans and spouses are highly encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
For new hires starting in September, October and November we are offering a signing bonus of $2,000. The signing bonus is paid in one installment after 45 days of employment.
We are currently seeking dedicated Property & Casualty (P&C) active producer/agents with an ACTIVE P&C producer agent license to work in our Phoenix office . This schedule requires working evenings until 8:30PM Local Time to include a permanent Saturday or Sunday. This role include a shift differential of 15% for hours worked after 6:00pm Local Time and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday.
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll work within defined guidelines and framework, to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for one or more of USAA's Property & Casualty personal line products. You will interact with our members across multiple contact channels (i.e. inbound phone calls, email, chat, social media, etc.) to provide adequate coverage and advice to help ensure members’ financial security.
What you'll do:
- Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members.
- Apply developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. Also, maintain respective trailing documents for all states.
- Identify, assess and understand member needs and consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services. Provide detailed issue diagnosis while minimizing transfers, escalations and call backs.
